They always bringing excuses to not pay or if they pay wouldn’t be the amount in the agreement, they are fraud.

Pleasant customer service by Karen
Karen was very pleasant and accommodating. We just are having a financial shortage at the moment due to another company withdrawing funds from our checking account in error causing the shortage. The money will be returned to us and Karen has agreed to try again Monday to give the account time to settle.

I called one and half weeks ago
I called one and half weeks ago. My water heater is leaking. So far no one has show up. This is the second time it has taken to get service. Not good at all !!!!

Hello bad service
Hello, my name is Dollene Magby and I have had such awful service with ARW and I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor several times. No one called me. Had to wait five days just to get service. I thought you were supposed to be one of the well supported Home one days in California, but it looks like I got got jolted with everyone that has come out to my home and even though with my water heater it’s been awful. I have asked to speak to a supervisor several times and of course someone called me back. We didn’t connect, but they have not called at all here. I am today since July 2 waiting on someone to come fix my dryer after I got a run around now. They tell me that I have to call the people who came out so they can order the parts that’s bad customer service if you want to talk to me, which I know you probably will never call. It’s 909-725-4487. I think after I get this completed, I would have to change service because everything that you guys have done for me has gone wrong and that’s and that’s really sad. . But you get my money every month without fail you get my money drawled right out of the bank when it’s time for a claim without fail, but to get customer service is poor.. I paid for my dishwasher and someone came out its still not working, but now I see fit to put this on social media so no one else gets treated like I have been.

Karen was very nice and took the time for us to get around for us to get our card. So we could make our payments. We were planning on updating the card but just forgot. We appreciate everything Karen did for us today. She is a very great asset to your Home Warranty business.
