Great support replacing a faulty battery even though it was just out of warranty.

Have had the mobility scooter for over two years now with no problems have been all round the med up glaziers in Iceland all around Canada and America /new york/Boston etc performed all aspects never let me down, at walking pace after battery recharged five. times can get 20 miles per charge customer service if required is first class cannot fault product or staff
I recommend and demastrate to people every where l go know people have bought after seeing mine

Bought a mobility scooter from them earlier this year and it’s been a great addition and given me some freedom back . The service was so personal from the family and more recently I needed their help with technical info so I could get a travel permit for it …… they were just brilliant , they may be small and not in high street shops but they believe in customer service . Would I recommend buying from them absolutely.

A great, family run, business. Nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend AS Trikes highly enough. Their commitment to their product and to their customers is second to none. Great British design built in their workshop near Coventry by the family. It just doesn’t get better.

Fantastic company that have and will always go that little bit more for there customers. they seem to pride themselves doing this and cant help people enough and in a world that we are living in like today you don't get that service everyday absolutely outstanding british company well done to all involved

Sam and the team are very helpful and knowledgeable. The bikes are very good quality and the folding method is ingenious. The battery life is very good.

E-trike got damaged early on in an extended holiday to holland, Sam managed to get a replacement front wheel in the post and delivered to us.

On holiday in southern France when my 3 way switch began to play up on my bike which is now in it’s 14th year of service. I emailed Sam who handed in a replacement part to a courier who delivered it to me 4 days later. And all free of charge!
Simply astoundingly good service. I cannot speak highly enough of both the quality of product and excellence of service of this family firm.

A.S, Bikes are always ready to help, very approachable and flexible they attend many shows throughout the year and usually bring along a full workshop to make repairs/changes to customers bikes on the spot. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an electric bike.

Didn't buy my AS Tricycle directly from the company as it is second hand. But I wanted to buy a new battery, so after contacting them I went to collect it. Sam was very helpful and pleasant. She even gave us a demonstration on how to fold and unfold the trike. I feel confident that any problems that may arise with my trike would be sorted promptly and efficiently. Have to also say, I've had three trikes and this is the most superior of them all. The design is amazing and it feels so sturdy and safe. Can't wait to get out on it.

A friend had an issue where the prop-shaft of his (older) Electrotrike came apart. I contacted A.S. Bikes for spares and couldn't have been happier with the response. New parts to an up-rated design were despatched same-day and FOC. Great service A.S.Bikes!

What a brilliant product, we bought the Electromobi scooter from the Western Motorhome show. The buggy was delivered the day after we arrived home, excellent service.
Took the buggy on holibobs to Bulgaria, via National Express coaches and British Airways, no problem.

Well what can I say. I purchased a new mobility scooter from AS Bikes it’s got to be over 2 years ago. My scooter has been a lifeline for me whilst awaiting 2 new knees so that I can still enjoy days out and shopping trips. Obviously the seat pad is now a little worn and my husband broke the battery charge indicator accidentally whilst loading the scooter into our boot, so that got taped back on with electrical tape. Other than that we have been on lots of holidays and days out so lots and lots of miles covered.
This week we visited a car boot and bumped into the AS Bike family who sold us the scooter originally. We were saying what a fantastic scooter it was but they noticed that my seat pad had worn and that my battery indicator which apparently is actually connected with the throttle was taped together. Straight away they told me to email them with my postal address and they will send the spare parts through the post or we could go visit them and they will fit them for us. But did say they are so easy to fit yourself. Well today the parts arrived. We fitted then straight away and yes very easy to fit ourselves. My scooter is now like brand new. Thank you AS Bikes for caring about your existing customers and ensuring my scooter is in as good a condition as when I first purchased it. Cannot recommend this company enough

Peter and his family really know how to look after their customers.
Our 15 year old bikes are well used and have been very reliable. Only on our second battery.
A recent intermittent electrical fault was quickly repaired by Sam on site at Malvern Motorhome Show, who refused to take any payment, even for the replacement part. 
No hesitation in recommending this business.

What a super company AS Bikes are, bought two folding electro bikes a year ago and both have been faultless, popped them back at a recent show and they were serviced FOC, payment offered but declined, just go and enjoy your bikes was the response.
If in doubt don't be, these guys are a genuine family company where service with a smile comes as standard.
