My experience with ascend properties has been great. In particular, Alexander Keane has been brilliant, addressing all maintenance issues promptly and offering great services and in depth updates throughout the entire process. he’s been a pleasure to correspond with and overall I’m very happy with the service received.

Property well maintained
Property well maintained and response time to resolve any maintenance issues is very fast. Property is also inspected at intervals which ensures wear and tear is identified timely and resolved. Property inspection is very fast as well max 10mins or less.
Ascend Properties do take care of their residents from summer ice cream to dinners which is absolutely free. If you think of renting then think Ascend. I extremely happy renting with Ascend. I have been with Ascend for 3 years and honestly its the best renting experience.

Ascent
We came to the area to rent a property due to my husbands work.
From moving in to date, Ashton and the team at ascend have been so helpful and supportive.
It’s so nice to know that real humans who care are there to help with any issues.
As we moved to a new build, ‘ teething problems’ are going to happen.
Any issues we had, all it took was an email to Ashton and her team, then it was sorted. Even the contractors, they’re all decent people. It’s good to know that people are there to support families like us. As we’re NHS staff
(A&E) appointments are always accommodated as we work shifts.

Property management
I had a property in Manchester that was managed by Ascend for around 10 years. They found tenants and rental income was continuous during the period. They also attend to the repairs that was required whenever there is an issue. Ascend managed the property till it was sold last year. They also handled the sale of the property.
In general, I am satisfied with the service

Professional and friendly
We have just moved and got a property with Ascend. They have been amazing. We have had a few teething issues, nothing has been a problem, sorting things out for us. Alexander who has been helping us has been just the best, very professional with a personnal touch. Sorting things out straight away.
