Great service from all.

Friendly customer service

Ethics are dubous.

I received a text message from them asking me to call back. The message made it sound like it was a critical part of a process I was going through. It wasn’t. It was a completely optional step.
What they really wanted to do was sell insurance. So why not just say that? Why not simply message me and explain that they’d like to talk about insurance?
Instead, they chose to mislead me. That is deceptive selling. Ethics are not optional.
