Friendly customer service
Corey Hall was lovely to speak to this morning, he got the process of re setting up home insurance smoothly and quickly as he understood I work long hours. Corey was polite and made me feel comfortable phoning the company, especially as I don’t always like making phone call. The experience was quite good. Everything was explained well to me whenever I contacted the customer services. Specially Be Gilbert and George Martin were really helpful in selecting the tenats' insurance and a suitable broadband service for my newly rented property.

I would like to commend Matthew Greaves for the excellent support he provided while explaining housing insurance to me. He was friendly, polite, and demonstrated outstanding manners throughout our interaction.

Ethics are dubous.
I received a text message from them asking me to call back. The message made it sound like it was a critical part of a process I was going through. It wasn’t. It was a completely optional step.
What they really wanted to do was sell insurance. So why not just say that? Why not simply message me and explain that they’d like to talk about insurance?
Instead, they chose to mislead me. That is deceptive selling. Ethics are not optional.
