I'm completely delighted with my Ashley Ann kitchen and that is largely down to Maria from the Edinburgh Showroom, who understood exactly what I was after. I had shopped around and spoken to other kitchen designers, but Maria was the only designer who 'got it' and understood what I wanted and was able to transfer that into a beautiful kitchen design which didn't cost the earth. I now have the most gorgeous kitchen and my friends all go 'Wow!' when they see it! I would 100% recommend Ashley Ann.

Good service, good fitting, good resolution of all queries

The Aberdeen team provided a great service and installed a new shower room in a fairly old traditional flat. Bethany came up with a neat design for an awkward shaped room. Paul did a super job on the installation. It was not an easy job but, for us, it was completely hassle free. We are very happy with the modern clean look.

Had a great experience from start to finish. I absolutely love our kitchen and i am delighted with the quality of it. Farr, in particular, helped massively throughout the planning stage to ensure I got a kitchen I love. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process.

The staff at Ashley Ann were superb, they really did go out their way to help, plan and choose all the kitchen and bathroom furniture and fixtures. We now have everything installed and enjoying the look as well as the efficiency of our new kitchen and bathrooms. Special thanks to Carrie Ann and Michael Penman.

From the planning to fitting I could not fault anything. Gemma was a great help. The fitters were excellent and finished in record time.

After an accident where we broke the brackets on our extractor hood Ashley Ann very efficiently, requested photos, checked with the fitter and speedily sent out the correct replacements, for our hood. An excellent response and service.

First class service from Kelly at Ashley Ann, from the initial meeting, to design and installation. Kelly made the whole process very easy and painless . Delighted with the new kitchen . We had used Ashley Ann 32 years ago for our previous kitchen and it had stood the test of time. It made it an easy decision to use them again. All trades were excellent too

Maria provided us with an excellent design at a comparable price to other providers. Whilst the fit out took longer than expected, this was due to some difficulties with our ancient walls. commencement was 1/10/24 and we finished just before Xmas. Sara, from 168 interiors was very attentive and her main man Ryan was meticulous and thorough.

Tammy was fantastic from start to finish and helped us design the perfect kitchen for our home. Tammy and Kirstie kept us updated throughout and were meticulous to every detail. Fantastic customer service and great quality kitchens.

It took over 6 months from April 24 to do our kitchen and even then 8 months later we were left without a working hob for 3 weeks just before Christmas. In the end got our own electrician in. Once the basics were done ( old kitchen out, new units in) we were left being fitted in around newer jobs - things were rushed and mistakes made. The whole experience was heart breaking. The full price(c 60k) was taken up front so we had no leverage. So many design faults and poor communication. I wrote to the Director and got no reply- that added insult to injury. Actual kitchen units are lovely

Excellent experience from start to finish. Would be very hard to be bettered using Scott Wilkie at Ashley Ann Glasgow. Scott's knowledge and helpful advice was key in us realising our dream of new kitchen/fitted wardrobes/bathroom and ensuite. They're fitters, ceramic tilers & plumbers left an incredible finish and are a credit to Ashley Ann. All work was completed well within the agreed time scale. Would have no hesitation to recommend Ashley Ann to anyone.
