Yet again, Asis3d were able to provide a replacement drive gear to bring my Hornby King Arthur back to life.
This is the third loco I've successfully rescued using Asis3d.

Excellent delivery and packaging.
Arrived as promised and enabled me to complete my Vitrains 47.
Coupling insert slightly loose in sockets but a bit of glue has held them firm.Maybe buy some more if I purchase more Vitrains diesels in future.

Being able to manufacture and supply small plastic gears to enable me to get my many Hornby depot Queens running again which Hornby and Hornby Dealer spares have run out off stock due to the high demand for replacement gears. Thank goodness we have small traders like yourselves that help us to continue our hobby..

really helpful communication - the gears been fitted and works an absolute treat. A truly brilliant option for those of us that wish to maintain locos that Hornby can't be bothered to provide parts for.

A great set of 3d printed parts for a very reasonable price, and very fast postage too!

Rubbish. Shaft isn’t long enough to clip securely into the chassis, NEM pocket too short to allow a coupling to clip in properly. Paid £9.20 for two, including postage.

A very useful item to be able to buy (VI Trains couplings) and helpful seller.

I have been searching for these couplings for about 10 years as they are not available from the manufacturer and finally been 3d printed by Asis3d which fit perfectly, very happy customer thank you

Everything was great once I figured out the international postage charge needs to be added right at the beginning of the order. I had two orders canceled as I hadn't added this in and was not charged appropriately.

Five star product without which I would have been unable to make repairs to an old motor. Many thanks to all.

Items received safely, were as described and by first class mail.

Ordered some replacement gears Bachmann class 158. I was informed that they had been sent 1st class but unfortunately after a week they had not arrived. Rang up and spoke to Andy who apologised and said he would send out a replacement immediately, which he did. The following day they duly arrived as did the original set. I contacted Andy who kindly said I didn't need to return one as I may have a future use for them. I've had a couple of bad experiences lately with people who think they're doing you a favour by selling you something and don't want to know if you have an issue so it was wonderful to deal with a company who listened to the problem and sorted it as soon as they could. 5 star customer service.

Excellent and fast service. Components good and have allowed the refurbishment of some otherwise scrap heap bound models.
