Quick to post. Ordered mainline class 45 gears on the Friday afternoon, received the following morning. Locomotive was running again within 24 hours of asking the 1st question. Item is as good as the manufacturer's original item and easy to install.

My Mainline Warship suffered the usual split gear syndrome, found Asis3D offering the perfect solution. Fast delivery and easy fitting - followed the advice to use a 2mm drill to avoid force fitting, the gears appear tight enough for the intended light duties without gluing (I'll see how it goes....) The only other preparation I applied was gently rubbing the flat side of the new gear on an emery board to ensure that it ran smoothly against the face of the neighbouring Mainline gear, but this was probably unnecessary!
