Been waiting ages for the sample sale to go live again. (This was my first time to order from there) I ordered 3 items within 15 minutes of the sale going live.
This was over a week ago and I’ve just got an email saying my order is going to be refunded with no explanation as to why. Terrible stock management, which is unfortunate because I’ve always had a great experience with ASOS.

Spent a lot of time searching and adding items from the sample sale. To get to the checkout pay and waited one week. To then have a notification saying items refunded and to wait 7-10 days!
I didn’t request for items to be refunded, they clearly have a poor stock management system and have placed over order amounts. And cancelling orders now to make up for the stock they don’t have.
Really annoyed! Not only a waste of time, not receiving any items they are holding onto my money for 5-7 days!
PLEASE AVOID
Ordered weeks ago, received no dispatch information so contacted customer services. The responses are completely illiterate. How can they get away with treating people like fools. They are replying saying ‘please wait for dispatch’ and ‘tracking will update through asos app. Firstly, it’s been 3 weeks - it’s clearly not getting dispatched love! Secondly, you can’t order through the app for the sample sale so i’m clearly not going to get an order dispatch info from it. I’ve asked for a refund which they are not responding to and citing an ‘IT Error’ so they can’t. Surely i’m entitled to cancel and get a refund when it hasnt been dispatched. This has to be a complete SCAM. Going to take this further with trading standards and anyone else cos it’s not fair companies getting away with such bad service. Avoid at ALL costs. Please do not even risk it.

I was sooooo happy with my orders, got more than 20 items and all of them fit me to the perfection 😍😍. I love them all to the point that I have told all my friends and family to sign up to ASOS Sample Sales and because of that they all signed up and are looking forward to getting their own. I want more of them so I can get new clothes for uni at an unbeatable price. It think it’s very good that there is an option where you can even negotiate the original sale price 👌🏿 and get a price that you can really afford, asos really cares about people who can’t afford certain items. I literally check the website everyday 😂. 🥰🥰🥰I can’t wait for next drop 🤪.

Amazing!! Really excited to have discovered the sample sale, I was quite picky with what I wanted to order and ended up with a few dresses, jeans and tops for an absolute steal. One item seemed low quality but considering what I paid for everything honestly I can live with it. Can’t wait for the next one

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Returned my items but have not received my refund after waiting weeks! Customer service doesn’t want to know and never respond to queries!!!!
Impressive!!
I spent less than £30, everything was amazing! I got sandals, a bridesmaids dress, jeans, leggings, a dress and a top all brand new with tags on and all fitted amazing. So impressed!
Awful experience
Awful experience. If you order a size they send an item that’s badly mislabelled eg medium item they sent is like size triple XL IE 3XL and there’s a charge to get item refunded even when they mess up. They didn’t know enough about sizes to question if this is the correct size before adding to the website or sending it out. Hate stores which charge for refund of defective items like this.
Really disappointed and stopped me and my family using ASOS in future. Really horrible process.

Really great experience. I bought some jeans, in which I was able to negotiate the price of the already heavily discounted product.Ordered Sunday night and received Thursday morning, and received email updates throughout the shipment and delivery process!

Placed and order for £60 on Saturday the whole thing had just been refunded no reason as to why or what for no one to contact absolute shambles !

Ordered items but had to return. Arranged order via the site sent it off and awaited refund. Was advised they would issue the refund manually by the 23rd if the return hadn’t reached them by the 22nd. My emails are now being ignored and my credit card are doing a charge back.

If you might need to return, don't bother buying
I have ordered from ASOS for years and NEVER had any issues, so when I found out about the sample sale I thought it would be great.
You can't use your delivery pass which is a little annoying but the items did come quickly.
I returned a few items over a month ago now and have still not received my refund which from reading the other reviews is a common issue. You can only get in touch with them through an online form which they don't respond to. I have contacted ASOS directly who don't care and claim it is nothing to do with them so they can't help. I paid through my credit card so my only option now is to try and claim the money back through them. Pretty disgusting in my opinion and I won't be renewing my delivery pass through ASOS at all.
If you're thinking of placing an order, my advice would be just make sure you won't want to return it.
Terrible service - avoid at all costs
In the same position as everyone else, refund outstanding since 11th June. I’ve contacted them several times and also contacted asos customer care several times with no success. Unacceptable customer service from a global brand.

No refund, tracking of return package hasn’t budged since 16th June! Used there online form to submit issue on two occasions but no response!
