Really difficult to get a refund, they don’t register it and then when you try and chase them they avoid refunding or eventually do but make you jump through hoops to get it. Great stuff on sale but... Ver mais
The customer definitely loses out...
Offering samples at a discounted price should be a win-win for both sides, however, the customer definitely loses out.
First of all, when trying to order, items are constantly removed from your cart forcing you to attempt to check out and claim what is left of your basket as quickly as possible. However, items are also removed from your cart during the payment process leading to multiple checkout errors and having to re-enter card details.
After securing less than half of the items that were originally in my cart, I managed to pay for one order.
This leads me to the 2nd issue, my wife went back on the site to see items that were removed from our cart available once again. Then commenced the second round of cart removals and multiple checkouts.
Repeat that one more time and we managed to order a dozen or so items across 3 orders.
This leads to the final and most frustrating issue whereby customers are charged per return, so returning one item from each order costs £6 in total for items that are valued at £15. A clever little side hustle for ASOS here.
The customer service team was no help at all with 4 different respondents to my 4 emails trying to request a single return label and fee after I explained the consulted ordering process; all replies received were pasted variations of the same "no".
This sample sale process is not for customers to claim desirable bargain items, it's for ASOS to make a few extra pennies at the customer's expense.

Theives! They have employed overseas customer service team that send a scripted response to ALL enquiries! I have been requesting for the complaints process or telephone number and they just won’t provide it to me!
I spent over £100 and returned all but three items and they refunded me 41! They are absolute thieves! Selling clothes they can’t shift for a £5 and then holding your money!!!
I will be taking this further and currently seeking professional support in how I can get these thieves to pay up what they owe me!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will rip you off

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service! The items were really poor quality so I tried to return them. Over a week after they received them I had to chase for them to refund me. When they did, they only refunded me for 3 of the 4 items! I have emailed customer service and await a response (which takes ages every time) but I would advise against ordering from asos sample sale.

Do not buy from them unless you are 100% happy with the items. I have been waiting for my refund 3 weeks now. Every time I send an email different person replies with exactly the same required information already asked by a previous customer service person. POOR customer service!!!! I will never buy from them again

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
On 4th July I made an order of 19 items from ASOS Sample Sale, but didnt received the order. The order hasn't even left the warehouse as stated on evri tracking.
I've tried to contact asos sample sale via web chat and email, practically every day. When I do get a response, the emails make no sense. Communication and service has been absolutely poor. I was told to reorder the items a day after the sale ended. Another colleague said the sale was for a limited time and I should have ordered within that time. I mean, I'm asking for a refund which means I did place an order.
They're not helpful. They're not even reading the email thread. I've gone back and forth with them via email and still have no idea when the refund will be processed.
There is no telephone number, web chat sends you in circles because its a bot and the staff haven't a clue.
At this point, I see it as they've stolen from me.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. No response to emails and they use evri so your package never gets to you. And there’s no one to call or email about the issue. And the asos main site refuses to help with the issue. Total BS.
Poor customer service
Ordered items received confirmation of order and was looking forward to items being delivered. Instead I got an email that told me 'good news we have refunded you'. I am not sure how that is classed as good news when I was looking forward to receiving items I had ordered. No details/explanation just told good news we have refunded you. Poor customer service in my opinion.
Superb BRAND NEW items at just £5
I heard of the asos sample sale website via My London on facebook and immediately checked it out, not expecting to see any UK10 items, nor brand new unused items. . . .I was wrong!!
I ordered two amazing faux leather dresses, one a
Miss Selfridge faux leather puff sleeve mini dress in blue the second a ASOS DESIGN drape PU midi dress with wrap skirt in khaki . . .I adore them both.
They're just perfect in size fit and look, are brand new, in sealed cellophane (you can see they've never even been tried on) and all at just £13 including the £3.00 postage.
I ordered on the afternoon of the 4th, it would've been delivered on Monday 10th had I been home, so I can't fault the Evri delivery or tracking.
I could not be happier and I can highly recommend it to anyone who loves fashionable clothes at a bargain price.
