Fake reviews, fake website (shut down now), no contact number, no return address. Feel tricked and upset.
Even if I have received the product I won't use it because no such company exists, so no spare parts or replacement would be available.

We bought this on line. After 1 week it stopped working with a E7 error. Constant emails to the company get us no further. Just generic emails. They are totally not interested in resolving the problem. I have asked for a replacement unit or a refund. They just ignore those requests. The machine is cheap and badly made. Do not use this company. It is a scam. Avoid avoid avoid.

Without doubt this company is not to be trusted in anyway. Still waiting for my hoover after weeks and weeks of waiting. I have decided to buy another from a reputable company. Will write off the money as a lesson well learnt.

I can only echo the disappointment of your other contributers. I so wish I had read the comments before ordering. I now have nothing but ongoing requests to be patient and wait for delivery nearly a month down the line. THIS IS A SCAM SETUP. BEWARE!

Ordered the Aspirato vacuum cleaner on 11 Dec 2023 I have yet to receive it. If I had read the reviews I certainly would not have bought "this which was the cheapest online " Now since the above review I have had a reply saying that shiping is underway ! They must read your reviews !

This is the worst hoover ever !!! Do not buy!!!! It does not suck up and when you try and return it they ignore you and just offer a 5% discount. After 17 emails they said I can return it but I have to bear all costs and they might not even refund me if they don’t want to. I bought this after reading a great review and because it was light and I needed a light hoover after my mastectomy, but it doesn’t even suck up.

Suite à l'achat de leur aspirateur le 12 décembre 2023 au prix de 219€ et sur le récapitulatif de commande ne figure aucun frais supplémentaire et pourtant ils ont encaisser illégalement des frais de 5,81€. Il n'y avait aucun frais de port ou d'autres frais mentionné sur la commande ni sur le site les frais sont gratuits est bien définis sur le site partout dans le Monde.

D'après toutes les avis négatifs sur leurs attitudes et engagements vis à vis des clients je regrette déjà mon achat que j'ai pas encore reçu. Comme nous sommes nombreux à avoir été piégé par leurs moyens devenues illégales et d’escroqueries. Y a t'il d’autres moyens d'enrayer leurs ventes et escroqueries afin de plus faire de victimes lors de leurs ventes mensongères et leurs façon illégale de procéder.

Si vous connaissait d’autres moyen pour porter plainte merci de me contacter par mail nous ferais tout notre possible afin de faire cesser ce type de vente et me demande que fait la justice et les instituts laissant agir des sociétés de tels façon à nuire et de voler notre argent par des personnes aussi malhonnêtes que ce site ASPIRATO basé aux Etats Unis avec adresse mail dans chaque pays dont celle de la France.

Après consultation des instances entre autres comme la Gendarmerie, Inspection contre la fraude ainsi que la Commission Bancaires Français et d'autres encore, ces Instances nous propose une plainte groupé en France avec d'autres Pays Européen afin de faire face à ce terrible fléau contre la société ASPIRATO...

En attendant que d'autres personnes nous rejoignent pour remédier aux ARNAQUES d'ASPIRATO à très bientôt.

Same here. Ordered based on a supposed European provenance and recommendation from a now clearly fake web review. Have sent, and will continue to send, repeated requests to cancel and receive back the familiar response that the item has already been handed over to the logistics company and cannot be cancelled. Have lodged a complaint with Action Fraud and raised a dispute with my credit card company. I will have no qualms refusing delivery should this thing arrive and taking it further from there. I, too, am aware that the Company's presence on Google is now compromised and hope this deters other buyers.

In same boat as many here. Ordered 3/12. Cases a week later to get the odd/ sort of polite message that expected delivery is10-18

Dreadful company. I ordered and paid for a vacuum on 3 December 23 but was not given an estimated delivery date. I contacted the company for an update on 11 December and received a poorly written response suggesting I just sit and wait. I just wish I'd read the reviews prior to submitting my order.

Nous avons contacté l entreprise pour un retour de l'appareil et force et de constater que cette entreprise est malhonnête. Après 15 jours de communication par mails (24 mails envoyés) en réclamant un contact précis pour un retour de l appareil ou remboursement, nous venons d avoir une réponse pour un remboursement de 5% en gardant l appareil défectueux....vous lisez bien 5% !!!! Une véritable arnaque. Nous nous sommes bien fait avoir. Alors, un seul conseil, préférez une autre marque avec qui vous aurez des contacts à l écoute et honnêtes. Autant que cette mauvaise expérience serve à d autres personnes.

They are in Cyprus an China.

They ship the product from in the UK and on the package it states that the return address is EpresssUnit 2 Prologis Park, Arenson Way Dunstable LU5 4RZ.

When you contact them to return they keep not reading youe emails, but keep offering you a discount of 5% and then 10%. I returned to the address above but was told that was not the correct address and that address is invalid, even though on the label it states that this is the return address.

They advise that this address is invalid, well if it is invalid, then don't state on your delivey label that this is the return address.

They don't read the emails you send to them just keeping offering you a discount to keep the product, which I don't want.

We are contacting our bank and trading standards and BBC Watchdog to get this company closed down so they do not rip anyone else off.

Please do not deal with this company.

They will scam you out of your money.

This company is an absolute joke, I received a hoover from them and it would not charge, I contacted them to be told they had not supplied me with an original charger. Obviously very unhappy with this as it is a brand new item. They are refusing to refund my money and claim I would have to send the item to China although it was supplied from Dunstable England. So I am now left with no hoover and no refund from this company, I keep receiving the same generic email from them not even answers to any of my questions.

This company is a fraud! After ordering vacuum on 30th October 2023, Bank paid £179 on 1st November, asked for verification on 7th November 2023 of delivery...no verification using their tracking number...cancelled my order. Raised a dispute,they sent multiple emails saying to refuse the order. I sent emails demanding delivery information, responded by saying up to the 20th "Refuse delivery ".When I told them I'd reported them to Police, Trading standards, Bank Fraud...suddenly they sent an email stating goods delivered on 8th November, full time data/uk hubs/ tracking number different (17Track), who don't verify sellers. Photo given, fake signature produced. All looks legitimate, until you check dates, etc. Goods sent before payment,questionable Royal Mail delivery, they don't deliver packages this size...then there's no emails from RM...who always email me before delivery of tracked goods...then there's the camera footage. No RM person delivered a large Vacuum cleaner at time given. Trading Standards have stated these ppl get pics from your Facebook, master's at faking images, tracking information...they are hackers/scammers making £millions in fraudulent transactions. I'm going through a long drawn out dispute with my Bank...but have been reimbursed. But they could take the money back if I can't prove NO goods were delivered.
Beware: This aspirato.co.uk also provided me with a scam phone number...pretending to be Royal Mail...check it out: Tel: (03456 000606).Its all part of the scam, positive feeds are scammers too.
I would like to add to this feedback that our Trading Standards in UK, after many phone calls, providing evidence...fake product description, fake addresses, fake tracking,(which, after scrutiny), showed no product was ever shipped, actually used airlines( costly if real), flights taking over 2 days, information given to my bank. This site has now been removed from Google, this was after people on here telling their true experiences and me pushing, informing Police Scotland, Trading Standards UK/International, Royal Mail ( who only got the fake tracking information after I gave them what scammer had given),12 days after the supposed delivery. Royal Mail find it difficult to accept scams or even do a full investigation. Reporting them to their ombudsman. We are not being protected...thank you Trustpilot for allowing us to share our experiences. Positive feedback here uses same photo/etc on American Trustpilot and UK.. faked by scammer!

should not even be worth 1 star , they give false description of their poor quality cordless vacuum take your money finally send product , no return address given only threats of costs to return it to China. These people should be closed down as they are fraudsters.

I ordered an Aspirato US vacuum cleaner on November 21st. I have only received one response to an email sent on Nov 26, and had had not received any confirmation on shipping, that it would be arriving the next week - I now feel this a scam and I am the loser?

Ordered this product by accident. Cancelled the order by email BEFORE it was dispatched. Checked with royal mail and the item at this point had not been sent. Sent another email to inform the company of the situation and was told the order could not be cancelled. Informed the company of the relevant law and attempted to cancel again. Was informed the item had been shipped. Received the item within 2 days of ordering and returned it immediately in its original packaging. Refused delivery at point of delivery. Royal mail have been great. Informed the company again about cancellation of the order and that I had returned the item in its original packaging and was told that I had to pay £30 for the shipping fee. This is AFTER I had cancelled the order BEFORE it was SENT....... The only way this company is in business is because they are charging for the delivery and return of faulty goods. I am now taking this up with my credit card company and the financial ombudsman...... Need to stop this business thinking it can send crap through the post and charging a person to send the crap back...... More to come when the ombudsman gets involved, buy this product at your own peril and be charged for the inconvenience. I would be happy to rate this company with minus stars but that unfortunately doesn't exist.

The product arrived fault, I had to send 7 emails to be told I had to ship the product back to China at my cost.

The vacuum product was faulty and the customer service email response was one of the very worst I have experienced.

Do not buy from this company.
