Absolutely NOT what is described on the website. Rubbish suction power. I have 2 cats so bought it due to the advertised suction power. When it arrived i used it on my sitting room and kept the dirt it collected. I then used my old hoover over the same area and my old one picked up more dirt than this rubbish system did. When I contacted them they asked for a video!! I tried to cancel the spare battery I ordered but they told me it was already dispached... but took 5 weeks to arrive. No prospect of returning anything due to the lack of customer service engagement. Steer clear.

Not as described, basically weak and useless. So far 12 emails requesting a refund, but they just keep sending the same email offering 10% off.

after over a month of trying to get a refund and being told keep product and get 15% off and that i had to send product back to china when it was dispatched from london. i finally got somewhere with them. i went to trading standards and was told to contact citizens advice so i did they said they will go through trading standards for me. i also reported them on action fraud website and with my bank. my bank applied for the money back off them and now i have been sent a address in Leicester to return my product to. avoid this company they are trading as a uk company but ask u to send product back to china they have sent me over 20 emails saying take 15% its hassle sending product back to china and you have to pay shipping fee. Below is there return address for anyone who has had same problem as me. make sure you get a tracking number when you return your product and send it them via email , thats what they told me to do. the bank was the one to get my money back. although the more reports to citizens advice the better as they contact trading standards and then trading standards will do something about them if they have enough people reporting them. it may take time but this company is robbing a innocent person more than once a day and needs to be stopped!

Having read lots of negative reviews after I had ordered my vacuum cleaner I was concerned it would be no good. However, I am really pleased with it.
It did take a few weeks to arrive but it is light, easy to use and very effective at cleaning getting into places other hoovers can’t reach easily!
Would recommend.

This company can improve by s omrone investigating their methods of taking money and NOT DEALING WITH COMPLAINTS And mine has
NEVER WORKED.so i have lost 179 pounds,the best thing is for companies, eg amison and microsoft to take them offtheir profiles.

I bought a vacuum cleaner from Aspirato based on a recommendation by David Brown. I’m usually very cautious when I buy online but he sounded very knowledgeable.

When the vacuum arrived it had no suction power at all. I tried to return it but there was no delivery address. Aspirato offered me a 5% discount to keep it. I rejected the offer. They then asked me to send a video recording of the problem. I asked several times for a return address which they failed to provide.

To cut a long story short, I raised a dispute with my bank. They immediately sent an address in China and added this

My concern is if I don’t return it, my bank will take back the money they have refunded.

This company is posing as a UK based company and defrauding unsuspecting customers. They send fake customers to write glowing reviews for them.

Mandate UK-Based Returns for Online Purchases Dispatched from the UK

Zeer slecht product. Het retour proces is nog in gang. Ik heb binnen 5 dagen een mail gestuurd dat ik de stofzuiger retour wil sturen. Krijg ik een robot gestuurd mailtje terug dat dit eigenlijk niet kan en bieden ze 5% korting. Nogmaals aangegeven dat ik het product niet wil. Weer een mail teruggehad met 10% korting. Ah fijn je snapt het idee inmiddels 6 mailtjes verder en we zitten op 20% korting. Tevens Klarna ingeschakeld en ben nu verder in afwachting…. BESTEL HIER NIKS!

Very suspicious of the accuracy and motives of negative reviews. Delivery to Ireland took nine days. So far the vacuum has given excellent service with splendid suction power on both settings. Can be bought with confidence.

Having returned the vacuum to the UK address given (see review on Stovger UK the former trading name of this company) no refund was forthcoming.
My credit card company rejected my complaint but fortunately the Financial Ombudsman upheld it .
I recommend those who used a credit card use the Ombudsman free service if their complaint is not satisfactorily resolved.

Same as all the other poor reviews. Exactly the same faults as previously mentioned. Every time I email them they just send the same response about cleaning and emptying, I've had the same email 12 times. This company should be reported for providing bad products, very bad customer service and false advertising. Any ideas?

Stay away from this scammers.
We tried to cancel the order as soon as placed and we have been told the parcel was sent so could not cancel the order. Once received we ask for refund but got offered 5% discount instead...then 10%...then 15%.
We have now raised a dispute with our back and reported to the relevant authority.
Their web site should be taken down as well!!!!

Fraudulent company, rubbish item that does not work. They will waste your time, sending repeated emails to avoid having to refund an item that does NOT work. Avoid at all costs!!!! One star is far too high for this company!

Unfortunately we saw the reviews too late. DO NOT buy. This is a con. The item received is grossly misadvertised and sold under false pretences. The company will do nothing but refuse and try to distract you from a refund. Terrible people running an awful company. AVOID.

DO NOT trust fake reviews sites set up to feed the lie.

Deplorable company...we had some faults..reported within a few days...games played with me for 2 weeks..still no resolve...left with c card comapny to sort it..

I Google searched best hoover for pets and Aspirato came up, looked on UK page sounded brilliant so ordered one, after a few days I got suspicious that I hadn't had an email to say it had been dispatched then searched to see if company is legit and read these reviews. I tried to cancel my order but was told it had been dispatched. Have raised a dispute with my bank. This company is advertising fraudulently they are not UK based. I guess the info on best hoover is fake too. My bank has cancelled my card as they have my details, might be a good idea for others to do also.

Ordered item , then read reviews and tried to cancel.
As previous customers told item dispatched within a short time of ordering.
Tried in vain to cancel, eventually item arrived.
Then the process or not of returning started.
I got the usual 5% discount if kept, then 10% discount if kept then 15% discount if kept, then nothing. Then told to contact another company and got the same rubbish email with discount x 3.The nothing.
Think everybody on Trust Pilot should get together and write to Trading Standards. I am trying via my bank to get refund.
But at the moment the impression I get get your order your fault.

I feel so embarrassed at getting scammed by this so called company.
So please read my review and whatever you do don't get caught out like I did.
The vacume cleaner is an absolute waste of time !!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't purchase one of these absolutely awful vacumes !
I Sent them an email asking for an address to return it.
You think this is an English company but its actually a Chinese Scam.
I Sent them no less then 50 emails asking for a refund for this awful product.
The first reply you get is a generic email offering a 5% refund ....£8.95 for a piece of useless plastic.
The second generic email offers you 10%.
Finally, no matter what email you send them trying to get a refund or return this is the final reply you will ever get back.

The vacuum is ok, it runs out of charge quickly and takes ages to recharge.

1 star is to much for these conning people, they advertise this wonderful product at £179 and a UK company who will refund in full within 14 days if not happy. AVOID at all costs , the product is rubbish no better than one at £19.99 suction is poor dust falls out when its stopped , have to keep finger on the on button when it decides to work. Asked to cancel before it was delivered told no , have been asking 28 emails later for a full refund and return address , all you get is a genaric email stating 10 or 15% refund and keep the product , which I would definately not want , latest is you will have to send it back to China and bare all costs and then you still might not get a refund. Have contacted Trading Standards international e-team who give a link to Citizens advice , and have put in a retail dispute with my bank . These people should not be allowed to rip people off , and if they can afford to give 15% back and lose a vacuum so called costing £179 , YEP mE and few others are the mugs , so heed my advice and do not give these people your hadr earnt money
