Very poor customer service, I have logged service ticket with the team and asked for full refund. Firstly, session was expensive, network distortions, I was hardly able to hear the astrologer. Secondly, language barrier, astrologer was not able to speak in English properly. My query was never resolved so I logged a ticket with the team. They refunded me 50% and mentioned appropriate action will be taken and closed the ticket.

Very poor customer service handling when I have asked for a full review of the astrologer. I have been using this app for a while and hardly asked for refund. I have informed them that this is a genuine ask but this was overlooked.

All are bots and someone using ChatGPT and pretending as astrologers, physics, or other role play . So think, I have proofs that they Fruad and using fake .

So astrotalk is bit confusing app cause there is a lot astrologer and hard to connect with the genuine so after taking readings with lot when nothing working out some how I connected with " moonlight" her readings felt genuine she doesn't strech conversation understand your situation sometimes even scold you like a sister if you are wrong in some approach after taking to her I felt relax and less anxiety her voice is also quite soothing and more importantly her readings insights are accurate if she predict something it will happen otherwise she will not predict about it so if you also feeling tired or not getting solution in this app try to connect her once "moonlight" I hope it helps you to find solution or right readings

The support is pathetic for return & refund. I have been following up from more than 4 days now they are delivering wrong product & now not initiating refund & return pick up.

This is pathetic & awful. I never expected this from Astrotalk. I dropped in more than 100 emails & constant whatsapp support follow up. Nothing works no one helps or bothers.

This is one of the worst way of doing business or specially dump wrong products to client.

So they deleted my account without my consent and stole my money in wallet now o am launching complain in NCH & human rights about the fraud happened with em over a week no one helped just sent one email saying will fix it but took my money i was having in wallet

It's a scam don't know why people are believing in this app .They are not doing real Astrology.

Recently I bought a pyrated anklet for my wife. It got broken in 1 day. Such a worst product I have never seen in my life. When I spoke to the customer care they are like sorry sir the product can't b returnable. This is how this astrotalk is cheating the clients. 899rs is not worth for that. Better u keep 100rs for that so that we won't ask for that. We will feel ki I have given that money for some charity. Plsss all don't but the products from this astrotalk.

I had ordered Rudraksha bracelet received the item but looks like it's not authenticate. Not happy with the product and when you want to return it says your 7 day return policy is finished and when you try to call them no response so my request to the people don't buy from Astrotalk because I don't see the genunity in product and as well as the company think twice before you buy don't get fooled

I wish I had trusted my judgement prior to wasting money. They pick up on your conversation, misery and make conversations according to that. I myself am I high level vedic astrologer...only do readings for my friends and family, no money involved. You will feel desperate to contact them. Please don't waste your money. Just sending a peaceful message to all.

Astrotalk is a fake app. It seems to me that people are troubled and emotionally vulnerable when they log in on Astrotalk.
The astrologers have the details and if u are a repeat client then they somehow get to know you. They know your weakness through your birth chart and then they start fooling u emotionally. Horrible experience

I have ordered evil eye, Pyrite, rose quartz bracelet. The quality is no doubt top notch. But after some days I have order 7 horses pyrite frame and krishna pyrite frame. I am very much dissappointed with the quality of the frame that is fit into. The boxes looks pretty good and reflects the Astrotalk branding. But you need to fix the quality of wood of the frame, it is too light, not feeling like it is little bit on the heavier side. I bought it for 2398 rs. Honestly it was not worth buying. I was really excited for it.

I've been using Astrotalk on and off from few months now. Not every session was mind blowing, but most astrologers I connected with and spoke to were patient and explained things properly. One of them even remember the details from my previous chat, which felt nice.
I like the app because its simple to use and I can reach out whenever I feel stuck or overwhelmed.
Definitely helpful if you're someone who likes getting guidance and feel like you're stuck in life.

Total Fraud Company... I ordered dhanyog bracelet but when i received the parcel Box the bracelet was not there.... only one rudraksh was there as it was a free gift with the product.... now they are not replying on the support chat....
