The prepaid order i placed did take more time than i expected but after sharing the payment and tracking details with the support team , they reviewed everything carefully and updated me. the communication become smoother once verifiaction was completed and issue was eventually sorted out without complications. this shows how good team Astrotalk have.

I bought frame from Astrotalk. I had also received the mail stating they have dispatch my item. After waiting for couple of weeks they cancelled my item automatically stating they went out of inventory.

Simple common sense says if my item was dispatched then how can they run out of inventory?

It is now more than a month and they have still not processed my refund. I sent them mails and also sent message on whatsapp but they are not responding to any of them.

I tend to believe that this site is a scam and they simply dont care about customer. They are here to loot money. I have seen several complaints from other customers too. Kindly connect with me so we can collectively file case in consumer court and other forums against this company

Everything about Astrotalk is fake. It’s a fraud organisation. I have tried its astrologists and tarot readings, every single time it looked fake. The astrologers and tarot reader ask for concern and then they disappear, after all your money is over, then they send you message to recharge because they have something important to share, but again the moment you recharge, the astrologers disappear, then give some fake vague reading which is absolutely baseless. It’s just a scam to take money from customers. I really doubt if those astrologers are even astrologers or just some fake random people.
I recently purchased crystals worth 4k from their site, when I was placing the order, it showed me delivery date as 5th Nov, then even after regular complaints, the order was picked up at 12pm on 5th Nov and the expected delivery time how has moved from 5th Nov till 11th Nov. Obviously they will take days now to deliver it, considering it’s a prepaid order. All the reviews on their website is fake. I doubt now whether the products are genuine or just fake like this organisation. I saw in the review above someone got the crystals tested in gov lab and those crystals were fake. Never buy anything from this site.

Been trying to delete my account 8 times since yesterday. Impossible. Keep receiving the same message saying that I can't delete my account within 1 hour. Really not trustworthy if even such an easy task is made impossible

Its a big Fraud !!! Great business to buy reviews and promote such a fradulent business. I tried the app and I had to block my credit card after paying a huge amount to talk to a joker of an astrolger. Soon to realise that I have been scammed. Pay for 5 min to a fake profiled joker who vanishes in 30 seconds to prod you to recharge. Surprised how the government is even allowing such scams go unnoticed. Urging peoole to avoid falling prey to one of the biggest scam called Astrotalk. The promoters should be behind bars by now if the agencies were alert enough.

I have talked more than 20astrologers in this platform.. become confused..max had said that , I can marry my bf between 2027-2028..4..5 astrologers had said no it's not possible..God knows,who is real and who is fake?

I have served astrotalk for more than two years and trust me, astrologer is treated like a shit by employees as well as owners..they take out schemes how to loot astrologers too in the name of policy violation..There is no say..It's. A dictatorship of these two founders that how you will be treated..Any astrologer inside the app is given very limited or no reach to customer care.We were always told to treated customers as god's even if we were abused.Its. Shit platform not only for clients but for astrologer too.Its an app that's it not a spirit ually guided platform with any genuinity.

Please do not trust these astrologers. There is absolutely no truth in what they say. I have asked 3 times so far and all 3 times they have given me wrong information. Based on the initial predictions i made some decisions which impacted me a lot. Please invest in some trusted astrologers. These are not even astrlogers but some bogus psychics and tarot readers

I want to complain about some astrologers on your platform who are using fake IDs. They don’t have any real knowledge, and they talk very rudely. They don’t answer questions properly and just wait for the time to finish without giving any helpful advice.
