What can I say about Holly and Sam at Atlas Records that hasn't been said before? From start to finish they were superb. Ultra efficient in handling my initial enquiry and sending me the packaging for my LP collection. Their offer exceeded my expectations (some record dealers fobbed me off or made me a ridiculously low offer for my collection) which I was delighted to accept. I got the impression that these people really care about what they do. I would have no hesitation in recommending Atlas Records to anybody.

Very professional business people to deal with while being totally approachable, great communicators and very prompt in responding to all my contacts. My precious albums, collected over 55 years, were handled with great care and then valued fairly and reasonably to meet my realistic expectations.

It was with real trepidation that I considered selling my record collection accrued over many years. All I can say is that Atlas Records made the transaction so easy and painless. And they offered me a fair price. They facilitated the packaging and transport of my records and kept in communication with me throughout. They are top class for customer service. Based on my own experience I would have no reservation in recommending them. If you are considering selling your collection, I would definitely contact them first!

All in all really good.

I bought 2 albums for a Christmas present. The website was simple to use and my purchase was promptly dispatched. I picked my parcel from Royal Mail office but unfortunately it had been badly handled and was damaged, through the packaging, to the album cover and even the vinyl itself. I took pictures and emailed customer service, not even sure if they would help as I had no doubt they sent it out well packaged and in good order. How wrong was I! I had a prompt response to my email,apologising and assuring me they wouldn't have sent it like. They were amazing - they confirmed they had replacement albums of the same grade I had purchased and would send them out as soon as possible. They arrived today, I had requested to Royal Mail to hold them for me to pick up and had an email to confirm they would. They however delivered them to my home and luckily I had just arrived home. The product and service from Atlas has been amazing, second to none, and I will definitely be using them again... wish the same could be said for Royal Mail!

Fabulous company, very helpful, positive, polite customer service. Arranged for records to be collected easily, and prompt at getting me a quote for my collection, which I was more than happy to agree to. Quick payment too! Don't waste your time with other similar companies (as I did initially). These guys are the real deal! Highly recommended.

I have recently returned to vinyl in a big way and have dabbled and experienced a range of sellers including new retail outlets, online auctions and individual sellers, record fairs etc. This has provided both good and poor experiences ranging in cost, description and quality of both sleeve and vinyl. Without doubt the best experience I have had on three occasions has been Atlas Records which in my opinion is the best supplier of used vinyl I have experienced with excellent service, passion and not forgetting the small treat in every package. Pleasant communication from the company but found their offer on my collection poor. I dealt with another company and I got double what this company offered me. Shop around is my advice

After reading the reply I can confirm that I have several emails from Holly at Atlas stating the offers that were made ( half the amount I received from the other company)

Sold my LP collection to Atlas. Easy process from start to finish with fair offer and prompt payment. Would highly recommend.

I've bought several great quality vinyl records from Atlas and they are a fabulous company to buy from.
They inspect, clean and grade their stock in order for the customer to receive the purchase without the worry of disappointment.

Prices aren't the cheapest, but at least you can buy with confidence.

Highly recommended for the avid vinyl collector.

i ordered a 1988 Alex Harvey album from Atlas via Discogs. When it arrived i was very impressed indeed. first class delivery in their own branded packaging, perfect for sending 12" vinyl records. Atlas had graded the Album as M/NM and they were spot on. It looks brand new, not bad for a piece of vinyl 36 years old. All in all a very pleasurable experience. This company knows its vinyl so a great place to look for that missing part of your personal collection. i will definitely use them again. oh and thanks for the Haribo ,a nice touch .........

Bought the Billy Joel Greatest Hits album for my fathers birthday, delivery was very quick and the product was in good condition with the original sleeves and album cover. All vinyls had no issues and my dad loved the present! Thank you! Would order from again.
