Excellent service and products

Firstly, the products we ordered met our expectations.
Secondly, the service provided after our first package was lost was excellent.
New package with ordered products was re-sent and arrived within 4 business days.
Thanks again for the great service.

Honestly I was expecting better service…

Honestly I was expecting better service from the reviews that I have read. I have still not received my order which I have placed on the 3rd of September and no updates either. When i reached out to DHL to get an update they told me that the shipper (Atolio Vegas) has still not given them the parcel, and on top of that I am not receiving any proper communication from Atolio Vegas, they have blamed DHL saying that they haven't updated there system. I need this issue fixed asap as it is an urgent matter.

P.S. the package has arrived in great condition although the delay.

After checking the tracking information, we can confirm that DHL has since updated the status of your parcel. The delay happened because DHL needed to confirm some address details. As soon as you reached out to our support team, we verified this information, and DHL then proceeded with the shipment.

While such delays with DHL are rare, they can occasionally happen, and unfortunately, this was outside of our direct control. That said, we take responsibility for keeping you better informed and will work on improving our communication so you’re never left without updates in the future.

Despite placing an order from India ten…

Despite placing an order from India ten days ago, the date is August 23rd, 2025, I have not yet received any tracking information. While I understand the company is based in Germany, a functioning tracking number would greatly assist in providing reassurance regarding the package's location.

Great quality but size

Don’t get me wrong the have great quality stuff but , why is it so small took me over 20 minutes to put on one bracelet. Make it abit longer and I think yous will be great .i would need someone each time I want to put a bracelet on now 😒

It has been 10 business days since…

It has been 10 business days since ordering from them and I have yet to receive any tracking information. I am aware the company is originated in Germany but a working tracking number will help ease my nerves about where my package is.

I just got my order today and I love it. Packaging. 10/10. Thanks for the gift added, I’ll definitely order again. Can’t wait to gift my man the watch next month. So happy.

First: I just want to appreciate the team at ATOLIO VEGAS WATCHES. I messaged them on IG. Explaining that I'm getting a watch for my man as his birthday gift. And I needed help picking the right watch and colour for my man. And they showed me so much love and care respect explain to me in details so I can be able to make a decision for myself. Quality and Care

After a rocky start, I have to give credit to Atolio Vegas. I did not initially receive my order, and why that is the case will remain a mystery, I am happy to say the issue has been solved. While the customer service response time may not have been the quickest, they did eventually get back with replacement items for what was lost. For that, and the fact these are very high quality items especially considering the cost, I happily update this review to be a well earned 5 stars.

Good customer service!

I recently ordered my son a valor cerulean for Christmas, and on Christmas morning we figured out quickly that the watch in the box was not the one I had ordered. We then contacted the support team at atolio vegas and they told us that they would happily exchange the watch for the one we had ordered. They were very professional during this process and they also included a rope bracelet free of charge that was worth 40€. The watch we originally ordered arrived last week and the quality of the watch is great.

Mai più con questi incompetenti

Ho ordinato un orologio e una collanina per mio figlio come regalo di Natale, ordinati il 14/12 sul sito che mi specificava chiaramente " consegna il 18/12" non ho avuto più nessuna notizia,oggi è il 23/12 e ancora niente anche se ho scritto due mail con richiesta di chiarimenti. Mio figlio non avrà il regalo per Natale e questi non si sono nemmeno degnati di inventarsi una scusa, comincio a pensare che sia una truffa. Consiglio vivamente di evitarli una ditta seria non agisce in questo modo! Aggiungo che non intendo usare il buono di 40€ su un ulteriore acquisto di 100€ che mi hanno inviato come se fosse una sorta di risarcimento per il danno subito perché rimane la mia totale sfiducia in questo brand.

Please note that shipping from Germany to Italy typically takes 2-5 business days, and orders may take a bit longer during the busy holiday period.

We dispatched your order within 24 hours of receipt. However, according to our records with DHL, the package was returned to us as it was not claimed. DHL indicated that no one was at home to receive the delivery and it was not picked up within the storage period. We have since resent your order, but it appears the same issue has occurred.

We urge you to check the notice left in your mailbox for the pickup location. Rest assured, we are actively monitoring the situation to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible. Again, we apologize for this situation and appreciate your understanding.
