Returns are insanely expensive
It is absolutely insane that you do not help with covering the cost for returns! I had to pay nearly $50 to send my jacket back to your UK address from Australia. I was recommended this brand and was super excited to try but very disappointed will not be coming back.

It was good service when trying to find my lost packages and quick answer although the package does take a bit long to arrive while the sizing of the jeans are a bit hard to figure out the jeans are good quality

Motel changed their jeans
Motel changed their jeans. I ordered the indigo jeans last year and loved them beside them being super long! So when I went to re order I did and the colour is completely different and the lengths have been adjusted. Annoying had to return.

I received a pair of jeans that…
I received a pair of jeans that measured to be too big and i was told that they didn’t measure within the QC and i was told i was unable to get a refund but after it was looked into further i was given a refund which is appreciated.
