He went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable & to safely get the job done
So grateful to Andy at the Edinburgh branch for bringing me back into the audio world! He took great care throughout unblocking some both ears (even with an underlying infection in one of them), explaining everything I needed to know, answering queries & concerns. He went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable & to safely get the job done. Big ups from Hidden Orchestra!

Andy Gillan arrived promptly and was excellent with my ninety year old cousin. He was very professional, patient and extremely caring. Has an amazing personality which put my cousin at ease. Highly recommend this super guy.

Leeds clinic
I visited the Leeds clinic on the 14/46/22 and was seen by a practioner name Chloe and I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received for ear wax removal, on examination she realised that a plastic lobe from a hearing aid, supplied by a another company, had become detached and was lodged within my ear, with a great deal of patience and skill she managed to remove the lobe which had been causing me discomfort, the procedure I am sure took me over the allocated time but it was carried out with true efficiency

Earwax removal
I had earwax removal procedure today by Kerry Goodman at the Hanover St , Edinburgh, office.
Kerry was warm and professional throughout. She explained how she would carry out the procedure and was gentle and thorough, showing me the before and after photos. I am so pleased to have had this done and certainly recommend her to anyone in need of wax removal.

Wax removal from my ears
Andy removed wax from my ears yesterday. He began by explaining the procedure very well which was reassuring and he was extremely professional throughout the appointment. I really valued his considerable expertise. I would thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing. Five stars!
