I have received some great stories BUT I have down loaded five stories that appear to downloaded that I can not listen to and the only way to lsten to them is to perches them again. The HELP that I called was no help. They were polite and gave suggestion on how to regain the stories BUT they did not work and I had the feeling that I was bothering them with my request. There was not talk of refunding my money to perches the stories over again or any other help to get the stories in an usable format. Then there is the problem of moving the stories onto other devices that I can carry and listen too.
If I had not received such good stories before and a few scene beefroe and after the bad copies, I would not given them such a good rating.

As I live in Australia I can't access any of the 50%off specials. Says not available in this country. Also I'm meant to get 50% off one book once a month but I I have always been charged full price

The lack of choices and at times the prices are too high.

I have been very pleased with my experience listening to AudiobooksNow. When I have had problems Nathan has been prompt to email or call me back to help me solve the issues. On the "Wheel of Time" series of books There were numerous times when the recording became garbled. I reported this to Nathan at AudiobooksNow. Note, I said I told Nathan--I do not view them as a grand Audio book in the sky, but as people providing a service. They aren't perfect, but they are relatable and I really prefer humans over corporate messaging everyday, all day long and far into the night.

Even if there may be a problem with the shipping of a audio book, the company has no questions, customer is always right. I'm talking about the Audiobooknow.com lending library

Like the books just find them expensive, even with the deals. I only buy the ones I've read before or a series where I know they are good, due to the price.
Otherwise very good. Had one which jumped and it was fixed without a problem

I love audiobooks. I just wish there was a discount program for committed customers. I purchase 1-2 books a month.

Most are fantastic easy interface sometimes downloads are lengthy and gapped needing to be restarted multiple times also missing or skipping parts in books are disappointing
Outher wise I highly recommend them I have over 8000 titles on CD and MP3
