Phil is an amazing honest guy, he gave me alot of time to demo the earphones without being pushy, he just provided me with assistance and guidance.
He moved mountains to get my earphones shipped from Germany to the UK in just ONE day! As I was only visting the UK for a couple of days.
He is also a great guy to have a chat with over a cup of coffee.

It is often the case that it is only…
It is often the case that it is only when you have problems with something, perhaps a broken device or the like, that you notice difference between sellers. In my case I got a problem and Audio Concierge solved it with the greatest possible attention. Short response times, clear questions and answers. I have never before experienced such an excellent customer service. Worth mentioning is also that they delivered record fast. I will be a returning customer, no doubt.

A great serivce which I will unquestionably use again.
Phil provided a great service from start to finish. He is supplying products that are often in high demand and manufactured in low quantities so managing customers' expectations, for what are premium products, is a difficult task but one which he accomplishes with professionalism and ease.
It is always great to be able to discuss potential purchases with someone who is equally enthusiastic about the products they are selling as you are and knowing that the person wants to provide the best service rather than just close a sale.

Great experience with impeccable service!
Great customer experience from start to finish. Phil knows his audio gear and has been very helpful and responsive for all the questions I had. He kept me proactively updated through the delivery process and the whole experience was as smooth as can be. I can wholeheartedly recommend Phil and his company.
