What can I say, great service from initial phone enquiry to collection of vehicle.James and Terry were excellent and made the whole experience easy and seamless. I would have no hesitation in recommending AUTO 100 to anyone considering purchasing a prestige car.

The experience was a great one made by the personal and professional touch that Chris Smit & Lewis gave me

Chris was recommended by a friend whonhas bought several cars from him, so that already gave me the confidence in the company.

Chris then made himself available to reassure me regarding my decision and answered questions that I had eliminating any doubts.

On the day of collection, Chris introduced me to the Handover Specialist - Lewis.

Lewis then carried on from where Chris left off.
Very professional and caring. Took the time to show me around the car and explain all the things/questions thrown at him

Finally we went to the office to complete the deal once all my concerns and doubts were eliminated

The hospitality was 2nd to none and the showroom blew me away.

Bewared when buying your car they use the old trick you need a new clutch when they don’t even drive the car or plug in the diagnostics. Mine was a 19% worn ie had 81% left and they wouldn’t know this but yet this is what they demanded to bring the bid on my car down. Read the forums modern day fraud!

Professional, courteous and efficient

I want people to be aware.... This company is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with....DO NOT USE THEM... I put a deposit of £1000 down on a vehicle 10 days ago, after sleeping on it overnight I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. It's been 10 days and I'm still waiting for my refund. I have sent various emails and made various telephone calls to the sales team, the emails are NEVER answered, on the telephone I'm told every time that's it's gone through. Today 20 August 26 I called again, yet again I'm told the refund has been done by the sales person on a card machine, NO REFUND has been received. Let this be a warning to anybody that intends using this company, STAY AWAY, can you imagine the agro you will get if the vehicle you purchase is faulty, no chance whatsoever of getting any help.
All this company is is a car supermarket with absolutely diabolical service, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....

Sadly a pretty poor experience. For a company that says they pride themselves on the quality of the cars they provide, when I challenged this for a £70k car, my emails were entirely ignored, even when escalating to management. Check every part of the appearance of the car you accept, if something is missed, my experience says you’re one your own. I will not be a returning customer.

On arrival at Auto 100’s facility we were made to feel very welcome. After a short time we were taken up to see the car we were buying. The way this was done made the experience very special!

Overall there was clear and unambiguous communication by Simon (sales) and Dan (handover) and a smooth process of agreeing the part exchange and then completing purchase and handover.

Everything was simplified with very little paperwork. We were in and out within an hour and a half.

We had one hiccough, as Simon was unaware that the car I was originally interested had already been reserved,and was really apologetic. Fortunately another one I liked was available shortly after.

The quality of the cars Auto 100 stock is superb and as a dealer they can be trusted completely. When a main dealer describes your 10 year old car from Auto 100 as “mint” you know you’ve got a good one!

My first car from them was a Jaguar XJ which has been superb, and which I’ve just traded in for a Range Rover.

I would like to say a big thank you to Chris and Adam at Auto 100. I collected the 25 plate Cayenne yesterday and it was a really pleasurable experience. A good part exchange price was offered and no haggling took place. The new car was prepared immaculately. Adam was the perfect host. They have a vast selection of cars, great specifications and competitive prices. Based on how pleased I am with the purchase I would definitely buy from them again.

Called to view a £45k car and said I would be getting an independent inspection. They flatly refused to allow an expert inspection so I won’t do business with them.

We recently bought our Lotus Eletre S from Auto100 and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

We initially dealt with Simion, who was brilliant from the start, but when he went on holiday Dan took over and made the handover completely seamless. There was never any confusion or having to repeat ourselves, and Dan kept everything moving until we collected the car.

We were offered a great deal on the Lotus and a very fair price for our part exchange. To make things even more stressful, we actually managed to damage our part exchange truck on the morning we were due to hand it over! We were expecting the worst, but the team were incredibly fair and reasonable. They assessed it honestly and didn’t use it as an excuse to dramatically reduce the value, which we really appreciated.

From start to finish, everyone was friendly, professional and easy to deal with. The whole process was smooth, transparent and completely hassle-free. We genuinely felt looked after throughout.

Found my dream car on the website and contacted Auto100 directly to purchase. The speed at which they sorted all my requirements in a very professional manner was incredible. Phoned on a Saturday, collected the car on the following Tuesday. In this quick turnaround time, they managed to sort all the paperwork and prep the car, including ceramic coating the car to perfection. Meeting them on collection day was also a pleasure. Definitely purchase from them again. Can't recommend highly enough.

James Turnbull helped guide me towards a potential Porsche Cayman 718 purchase. Although I did not buy the car I thought it worth mentioning I received my deposit back with no hassle, and also benefited from James knowledge and professionalism. Traded my wife's 2020 Merc SL AMG for a Jaguar Reims Edition 5L at Auto 100and got a better than market price for the Merc and the Jaguar was no more expensive than any of the half dozen that were for sale.

We have had the car 3.5 years, full dealer Service History and both MOTS sorted with no issues. Was offered a good price at a Ferrari Dealership down south against a Roma Spider which we accepted only for the Dealership to renege on the agreed price. Rang Tom one of the Directors at Auto 100 who I previously had dealt with and he was more than happy to match the Ferrari garage price. Took the Jag next day and Tom had his accounts office transfer the funds which were in our account with 45 mins.

Their premises are really professional, in fact better than most main dealers, their prices are fair and the service levels I have received have been excellent and would happily purchase another vehicle from them in the future and recommend them to any prospective buyer that is looking to purchase a quality high end vehicle.

Collected my Jaguar FType earlier this week. Everything went to plan and Terry looked after me. Fantastic selection of vehicles and Great facilities. Would have no hesitation in buying another vehicle from them in the future.
