From the very beginning, Ash—my first point of contact—was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I took my BMW 330i E90 to Auto Deutsche after I had received conflicting diagnostics at other garages - I wanted to be sure before replacing expensive parts. The whole team was great from start to finish, particularly Ash, Mark and Isha. Each person I spoke to was friendly, professional, and happy to offer detailed advice that I could trust. After diagnosis the team confirmed and explained the issues, which meant I felt confident going ahead with the work. On their advice I also had them fix several items that would have come up on the next MOT. They kept me up to date at all times and the jobs were soon completed. I am very pleased with the outcome - I will certainly be a return customer and I definitely recommend them as experts to anyone who values their car.

Took my A7 to Autodeutsche after Audi quoted me £2600 for a coolant issue. I was really happy with the quote from Dean and really impressed with the professionalism quality and service from the guys they clearly take great pride in their work. Despite the bit of a trek for me it was well worth it. It’s really difficult to find people to trust with your motor nowadays, find these guys and store their number 5 star service

Went and saw Dean with few concerns in my Audi SQ7, the advice given is absolutely amazing. The concerns were Ideally previous work carries out by an incompetent Garage. Me being nieve not very clever with cars these advice always help. I would hight recommend anyone needed any advice or work carries out Dean and team are the best in North West.

Got my BMW serviced and MOT’d with these gusts and they were super helpful Ash was very honest and straight shooting and I appreciate the service. I will now be making this my regular garage.

This is my second visit to Autodeutsche and I can't recommend them enough! I dropped my BMX X3 in for an MOT and some repair work and Ash, Mark and Aisha were extremely helpful throughout the process.

Their attention to detail and professionalism was second to none. The repair work was completed really quickly and Ash even helped me locate a second hand part online to bring down the overall cost. They even went so far as to give the car a clean and it's never looked so good. I'll be coming back again...

An outstanding experience, I can’t recommend Autodeutsche highly enough. I took my car in following a crash and was met with immediate professionalism and care. The friendly staff put me at ease during a stressful time, they dealt with everything to do with the insurance and made the whole process quick and simple. Another garage told me the work would likely take 4-5 weeks but Autodeutsche had my car picked up on the Monday, and it was back at my house the following Friday. The attention to detail was second to none. They did an incredible job getting the car working and looking brand new and they even cleaned it to an extremely high level. I will never take my car anywhere else in the future.

My Audi A3 had a leak in the radiator causing the coolant reservoir to empty and the car to overheat.
I took my vehicle to Mark and Ash at AutoDeutsche, they were fantastic, very helpful and gave me information on what needed to be done and when to expect the work to be completed. I dropped the car on a Friday and picked it up the following day. Considering how busy they seemed to be, I was very happy for the swift work carried out on my car. All the guys in the workshop seemed very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate in going back there should I need anything else, or for MOT type services etc. Thank you!

Managed to arrange an urgent appointment for my mums Mini to have a full service ahead of a long road trip we needed to undertake to attend my mother in laws funeral in May 2023. Michelle on reception was fantastic and exceptionally helpful. The entire team were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and very genuine.

Autodeutsche are a garage which are great to deal with, honest, transparent and with skilled technicians who take pride in their work. Their new location in Tottenham (having moved from their previous Camden Road location) is a modern site with a comfortable customer reception area with a large TV, Wi-Fi and refreshments on hand.

My Job was to fit a replacement spoiler on my Audi A5 having bought the replacement parts directly myself. As a fairly straightforward job for the Autodeutsche team they fitted me in first thing on Saturday so they could start the work as soon as I arrived, ensuring I didn’t have to leave the car with them all day, allowing me to enjoy the comfort of their reception area until the work was complete and then have the rest of the weekend to enjoy. They carried out the work so carefully they were able to save a part of the spoiler the Audi dealership had said would need to be replaced so I was able to return the part and get a refund so a nice unexpected bonus. As for their costs, compared to those the main dealer quoted, using Autodeutsche was (as the Americans would say) a no brainer.

Very impressed all round and would strongly advise anybody else to consider them the next time your car is in need of some expert care and attention.

I have a Jaguar XE, I've been using Autodeutsche for a while now with recommendation from Michelle their receptionist and booker. I had a weird noise coming from my engine and called Ash and was told to bring the car in immediately.
My major problem was my timing chain.
Ash broke it down and told me what exactly was needed to be done. He tried his best to keep the price as low as he could for what turned out to be not just the timing chain.

I am 100% satisfied with the job carried out by the team at Autodeutsche.

Great service by Autodeutsche from start to finish.

Phoned up for price and availability for major works (water pump & ancillaries, thermostat housing and brake fluid change) on my Audi was told to bring the car in three days later on Wednesday morning.

Ash and the team had the car ready by midday on the Friday, all work completed using oem parts, and happy to say the car has been spot on for the past week including a 600 mile round trip to Cornwall, with some good B road action.
I couldn’t have asked for more.

I am super fussy with where I take my cars and I will certainly be using these guys from now on.

Have used Autodeutsche before with a BMW, now have a Mercedes-Benz. Have always found they provide a very professional service - great communication, thorough, knowledgeable, efficient trustworthy. Also I know from comparing with other garages that the prices are fair.
They carried out a necessary Service but also advised on other items I was pleased to know about as it is a newly-purchased vehicle.
