On way back, the engine was smooth and the brakes excellent as the service required a change in brake fluid also.

At home I cross checked the colour and viscosity of the engine oil. I could see the gold pure oil colour & feel the viscosity. I knew it was of genuine spec & it was topped up to the required level - something others never do.
These folks are courteous, honest, hard working & competent.
I have had a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
A way better experience than the manufacturer service.

Fantastic 5 star service from this garage. From the moment I called to enquire, the whole process was professional, quick, transparent and stress free. Michelle was a dream when she picked up the phone, quickly responded with quotes and totally got what I needed, called back immediately and got me booked in for the next day. The quote was very reasonable. After dropping the car off to be repaired and serviced, I dealt with Ash who was really friendly. I was able to pick the car up a few hours later and all sparkly and clean, inside and out. Nothing was too much trouble. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks Ash and Michelle. Hugely appreciated!!

Recently took my Porsche in for a service and I'm thoroughly pleased with the service I received.
Dealt with a lady called Michelle who was very knowledgeable and had the car returned to me in one day. Good pricing and I will certainly be returning in the future.

Just discovered this gem, though I've lived around here for ages and had always rather assumed it was a showroom! Ash and Michelle are a great customer service team, unflappable and going the extra mile to source difficult parts quickly and get me on the road. They were delightfully calm with this rather impatient and demanding owner. Ash and the workshop brought a tired Mercedes A class back up to peak order after two years of lockdown, then also got straight on with the challenge of taking in hand my "interesting" eBay find, a 20-year-old R230, and making it the joy to drive that it should be.

They always offer sensible options, making everything clear, and are happy to take the time to discuss what and whether a thing needs doing, without any pressure. (By the way, they're also *far* better value - and a lot more engaged with proper customer service - than Mercedes main agents.)

Each car also comes back sparkling clean!

This was my first time dealing with Autodeutsche.
I have a 2011 Toyota Auris that needed Full service, MOT and brake fluid change.

The 1st nice surprise was how fast they respond to emails as I dealt in the beginning only via email.

The 2nd nice surprise is how fast they completed the works even thought I said I am not in a rush and I prefer a good job not a fast one.

The 3rd nice surprise was that they washed the car and did the interior better than most car wash you find in London completely free of charge.

They are a true and sincere team that will only recommend the absolutely necessary work and wont try to lie and make you spend money on stuff you don't need. You can talk with them and ask for advice and will treat you seriously and in a transparent and professional manor.

For negative parts I have only 3 minor things.

1. In the invoice they don't specify what brand of parts they use. It only say the part name for ex (oil filter), and the price but not the manufacturer and model no.

2. The prices for labour are a bit higher than other places but I do feel the quality they deliver justify this so I wouldn't say this is a negative thing

3. They always tell you the price excluding VAT so keep that in mind when asking for quotes. They do specify +VAT so I guess is to give the sensation of a lower price.

All and all I will continue to use this garage and I do recommend Autodeutsche.

Had my Audi serviced by Autodeutsche. Very efficient throughout the process. Kept me informed about what was needed and at reasonable cost. I’ve used them for over a decade and always found them honest and reliable.

This was my first visit to Autodeutsche. Selected it having read the online reviews. I was not disappointed with the service. Was looked after by Ash who managed to deal with all the issues I had reported. The car was in limp mode, cruise control was showing fault on the dash board, car jerking when put into drive or reverse and diesel leak. Ash even managed to fix the loss of connection to my cd exchanger in the boot without charge. I will definitely use this firm again.

Thorough, reliable, friendly - much better than BMW in-house service. Been with them for years, always with a good outcome.

I took my Audit TT Quattro into Autodeutsche as it was in limp home mode, which turned out to be a failed wastegate. You always hope when you take your car in somewhere that it's going to something simple. I dealt with Ash, what a great guy. From the moment I contacted AD on the phone to book it in to the moment I drove away with the new turbo fitted Ash kept me up to date, was always happy to give me a straight answer and really filled me with the confidence that the job was being done right, which is really important when you're spending that much money on a part. You want to know it's been fitted right and that everything has been considered. That's what Ash and AD did. I've never had that feeling that a main dealer cares not in the same way a good indie like AD does. Thanks guys, I'll be seeing you when the service is due.

The team at Autodeutsche have been looking after my ageing yet indefatigable VW Fox for some ten years. Throughout that time, the quality of work and excellent customer service have never been less than outstanding. Chris, Ash, Mark and all the team are a pleasure to know and to deal with. Their workshop is characterised by honest expertise, attention to detail, efficient and reliable workmanship, reasonable prices, and a friendly courteous relationship with their customers. I'd recommend Autodeutsche unreservedly to anyone needing a service and repair centre in north-west London.

What can I say about these guys. They’re a honest and genuine company to deal with. Took my Audi A6 in for a transmission oil change, and they’ve done a good job. The workshop looks professional, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Ash was a star, after a shaky start (that’s fair to say right Ash?) he got the job done. I look forward to dealing with Ash and the team again

The Eco stop/start system on my Mercedes E350 has not worked for the past three years. It had been serviced by Mercedes since new and they told me that it would cost over £2500 to fix as they would have to take the engine out to access the gearbox.

But these guys fixed it as a part of a normal service! Without taking the engine out.

Lesson: Don't use Mercedes Benz Service unless your car is still under warranty. After that, move to Auto-Deutsche.

Had a loud vibrating noise coming from the left front of my SL63AMG. Booked in with Ash who is always really helpful. Fault diagnosed and fixed in 24 hrs at less than 50% of main dealer. I had my car serviced also and the battery was diagnosed as losing charge (7 yes old). I am always impressed when a garage advises but does not press to do the extra work. I would highly recommend AD for quality work at a very fair price. Premises are immaculate and staff happy - again always good signs of a well run business. Thanks Ash and the team.
