Chris is as honest as they come and his approach to customer service is impeccable. All of the work was completed within the estimated time and budget, and to extremely high standards. Strongly recommend.

They work with you to make it east to drop off and pick up your car. The prices are reasonable, the work is good, and the people are really friendly.

Perhaps not the cheapest, still definitely competitive compared to the brand's main dealerships --and thankfully that comes without the pressure to buy a new car. Clear, informed advice prior to any major work; high standards of workmanship adhered to at all times; courteous and friendly service; clear, fair, and detailed invoicing. Easy access near Camden Town, with tube, bus and overhead train nearby to quickly get back into town. Highly recommended.

A high quality repair after an accident was completed significantly ahead of schedule which was invaluable help at the time. The price was reasonable. Communication was helpful to allow us to plan things effectively whilst the car was in the garage.
