The sale and services Department are very helpful

after purchased the falcon 8231 pull arm swing package, confuse with the diagram manual took pictures of the unit email to William from sale department and he responded right away, he guide me through wires connections with city codes, would do business again in the future.

Ease of ordering

I googled the product I was looking for and their site came up
I then searched for the item in their webpage and the correct item came up at 1/2 the price from other competitors

My first time visiting the sight and…

My first time visiting the sight and only placed 1order so my review only covers that experience. The sight was easy enough to navigate and place my order. I will return to make further purchases.

The website was very easy to navigate

The website was very easy to navigate, and I was able to find the exact parts that I needed to replace.
placing the order was quick and easy.
I would definitely use Automatic Door and Hardware in the future when trying to find replacement parts, and possible new products as well.

2 day shipping is a rip off

Ordered and paid for 2 day shipping, expected it this morning at the latest. Found out it will not arrive until tomorrow afternoon. Had to request a tracking number (you will not automatically get one) also read fine print...no guarantees on the shipping! This is costing my company money! I requested a refund for the expedited shipping but was told this will not happen. I recommend ordering from elsewhere!!! Do not do 2 day shipping unless you can wait 3-4 days for your item.
