The heat pump is nice but the bypass was a bit different size then the heat pump, so connecting that was a bit of a pain...

Technical advice
I callaed today regarding a technical issues with a product I purchased from a private seller and spoke with a gentleman from this company who gave me some fantastic advice and helped me sort it out. I did not purchase anything from them so to recieve some help for free shows how good a company they are. If I do need anything in the future I would definatley contact them in the first instance. The AES team are so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I've had so many questions and separate orders for parts as I learn to build a system. Really supportive service
From all the staff in the office to all the guys on site, I couldn't have asked for more help and support. They were so accommodating with all my changes and challenges. A really tidy and professional job and so far, the kit seems really efficient.
