If anyone ever needs advice or decent pool equipment speak to Simon Ward from automated Environmental Systems. I live 20 miles from them. I've got the remora filter and the remora i12 heater. I've had issues of the heater tripping the electric. Spoke to simon and he sent out a new plug and cable without the in-built rcd on it to see if that was getting moisture in but unfortunately it tripped the electric still. So this weekend spoke to simon again and I popped up on Saturday at 17.00 to collect a new PCBA (the brains) to try that but unfortunately that didn't work. So spoke to simon that night again. So on sunday he went to the office to get a new fan motor to see if that would work. He came to mine to try it himself even tho he had just did a 62 mile bike ride and was aching all over. Unfortunately it still tripped the electric so he did some tests and unfortunately it was the compressor (which is really rare) so he has replaced the whole unit. You don't get CUSTOMER SERVICE like this any where else. He dedicates himself and his team to high standard customer service. Always a pleasure to deal with him and his team. He's always willing to help you even when he's on holiday skiing. The company won't sell you anything that won't work as it prides itself on its excellent reputation. Customers come first isn't just a saying for them it's a way of life. Thanks simon and the team for your extraordinary service once again
