Wow what an amazing company to deal with. We were let down by a previous company when our submersible grinder pump started to fail. A few emails with Tina (who answered lots of question's with patience) and everything was set up for a new pump to be installed by Fred in 2 days. He turned up, fitted the pump without any issues and cleaned everything up. A full email report was given with photos, both with old and newly fitted pump. Honestly can’t praise this company enough, they did exactly what they said they would.

What can I say about AES. Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. Provided detailed product information regarding Remora Heat Pumps and after purchasing Remora Professional Heat Pump I received superb support to diagnose, advise and resolve an “fault code” issue. The issue was not related to the actual pump but from my set up. My Nexus 320 pump that was sucking air into the heat pump “Inlet” from the OASE pump used to supply the ASHP from the Nexus bio “Outer”chamber. Simon from AES contacted me via “FaceTime” and diagnosed the issue and advised on a solution. Simon was friendly, knowledgable, patient and efficiently provided detailed support. Incredible service. Highly recommended from quality products, delivery and through to support that actually supports the customer from a knowledgable person rather than “A.I”or “Help Pages”. My experience with Automated Enviromental Systems has been over a couple of years. The quality of service and products purchased excellent. Whether I seek advice on heat pumps, water pumps, salt, alkaline issues, general pool health this company delivers. I am not technical minded and I have purchased several products from this company after they have discussed what I need... one pool heater to be returned without issue. I cannot thank Simon and various team members on the service, in particular follow up calls. This company comes highly recommended.

Having never used a heat pump before, I had lots of questions - and these guys really know their stuff!
I contacted them about which unit would suit me and went through options, both via email and telephone and everything was explained fully. When I had a query about gluing connections together, the owner took the time to video call me and show me "how to" do it properly- and he explained what could be done should I wish to swap to pressure pipe in the future. This, to me, was going above and beyond your usual customer care and it (plus the depth of knowledge and trust in the product) clinched the deal.
Despatch was same day and delivery took a couple of days. The unit and my accessories were well packed and arrived in mint condition. Gluing the pipework was easy and I'm learning the settings - I now have to decide how warm our koi are going to be through winter!

Simon understood our requirements- designed the solution - completed the order swiftly- engineers on site within the week- job completed without any issue- what appeared difficult they resolved efficiently and could not have been more helpful in completing to our full satisfaction

This is the second ASHP that I have bought off AES, a Remora F6 and the latest is a Remora F8 - both to heat two koi ponds.
Absolutely fabulous service from everyone I have spoke to. My normal Koi dealer tried to sell the second ASHP but after receiving such good service from AES the first time with the F6 I decided to buy the F8 off them as well as they are so knowledgable on them and I am sure I will receive good back up service should I ever need it.
