From the start Carlos made setting up pickup and delivery of the vehicle a breeze. Communication was spot on with the shipment. Never used a car hauler before so being a first timer AutoStar was a good choice. Very happy with their service.

First time shipping a vehicle!
First time shipping a vehicle and I was doing it for my employer! Max at AutoStar Transport Express could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. We had some hiccups but Max went above and beyond to resolve each issue and question as they came up. The entire team at AutoStar needs to be commended, especially Max! Overall, satisfactory.
Upfront service was great. Setting up service, experience at Honolulu port was smooth, car arrived in Las Vegas earlier than expected. However, wasn’t prepared for the $300 cash demand when vehicle was delivered. Also, car was very dirty on the outside and a little dirty on the inside as well. Lots of stickers on the front and back windows apparently from different stages of transport. Overall, satisfactory.

Great service.. moving a car if you have not done it before puts you in touch with lots of scammers who don’t communicate, offer false prices and waste your time. Autostar is great. Have used them on several moves… very convenient and responsive..

AutoStar provided a great service to us after my wife and I drove down to Florida from Connecticut for vacation with friends. After a day or two her mom took a turn for the worse and took a plane back home. After driving back myself, I was in no place to fly back down to drive her car back up. They quoted us quick and fair. They are a group of drivers, so you have to wait for someone with a route to pick up the job. That being said, they picked up at the target date and dropped off at a very reasonable time without incident. We were told the name of who would be transporting and their contact info. Couldn’t have been a better service at a tough time for us. Comparable to flight, gas, food, & tolls. Well worth it!

Scheduled 6 weeks in advance and confirmed multiple times our car would be picked up prior to scheduled day. No one arrived, impossible to get ahold of customer service. Now a week after scheduled date they claim they still can’t confirm a pick up time. They don’t have their own drivers and are incapable of scheduling

This was a TOTAL nightmare
This was a TOTAL nightmare. I spoke with Daniel in April and got the low down on the process and go a quote and told rates may change by the time I needed the service and to call back in October. All was good and I booked Oct 24th for a shipment of my truck from Buffalo to California pick up was set for Dec 23rd 2024 and delivery for Jan1 2025. On Dec 20th I was told that the driver though NOT yet assigned would contact me on the 23rd with details of exact place and time of pickup. On the 23rd I called and was told a driver has not yet been assigned. I was told it might take several more days. On the 27th I was told a driver MIGHT be available for a Dec 30th pickup and a Jan 7th delivery. I have a flight booked to arrive on the Jan1st to meet my delivery, I had no mode of transport what was I supposed to do. I was told that they were sorry for the inconvenience. I had to scramble to arrange a rental for 3 month as my truck was no longer being shipped. I also had to arrange the shipping of the luggage and golf clubs that were going to be allowed to travel in my truck at a cost of $339.42. With no reaction from Daniel or anyone at Autostar I asked to speak to a manager and never heard form anyone just an email telling me my deposit would be refunded and order cancelled. At NO point in time through the process from initial conversation / quote through to Dec 234d was I told this was all based on the IF a driver could be found for my order. Daniel was very unprofessional he communication was terrible he RARELY replied to emails and only once returned a VM. Customer service just always apologized for the inconvenience and offered no solutions. This was my first time doing this and i would NEVER trust this company for any future needs

The representative was polite and working with him was easy. The driver contacted me multiple times to keep me updated on the progress. Once I approved the pickup, the driver was at the lot within 24 hours, and took less than 2 days to deliver. I have moved multiple vehicles around the country, and this was too easy. If you need a company, you need to call these guys. Finally, mile for mile cost was the lowest I've ever paid.
