Excellent Auto Transport Company to Work With.
I was extremely satisfied with the entire process with AutoStar. Initial contact was made by an individual during his vacation time, whom I had left a message with. I later was contacted by someone he had designated as a sub. The cost was reasonably priced and the service, communications, and delivery were excellent.
Getting the car to my home was also done with total professionalism. My contact communicated the ETA and the car arrived on time and with no damage. Would highly recommend AutoStar for any auto transport needs.

Not reliable
Well, the rating might change in the near future, but for now is a 1 out of 5, I used there services for shipping my car and used from door to port service from them. Once they contacted me to get my car at the port, unfortunately it was a disaster, left both key fobs in the car and it was locked, so no way to open it of course, also its a hybrid plug in car so, if they don't shut off the car properly the battery will drain making it difficult and almost impossible to open my car since the keys were inside and the car was locked and no battery... also in the car was left eith the windows open about 2 inches and it was raining the whole week, so the car also got wet inside, the car also had a bunch of scratches and marks on the body and the front windshield was cracked which that alone cost with labor is more than $6,000+..
So i submitted a claim and lets see how they actually service their customers.

From the first time I contacted them for a quote through the delivery of my car, the service was excellent. I made several changes to my plans and they were handled politely and successfully. The car was delivered on time. I would definitely recommend them.

The quote I got was what I paid, no hidden costs
The quote I got was what I paid. There were no unexpected charges or hidden fees. The driver that picked up my car was the same that delivered my car which was cool. The communication was great and it was cool that I could track my car's progress online using the tracking tool. Just as easy as tracking a package. Overall I am 100% satisfied. I definitely recommend AutoStar Transport Express and will use them again in the future if I need to ship a Car, SUV, Truck, etc.

Midwest to PNW move
I used AutoStar to transport a truck from the Midwest to the Pacific NW. We worked with Chris who was super communicative and provided the perfect amount of updates throughout the process. They were clear, upfront and honest - would highly recommend.

Doesn’t Get Any Better This!
Starting with Steven Miller our booking agent and our carrier Giorgi Giorgadze…they were outstanding! Giorgi went out of his way to keep us informed of the status of the car and the delivery time…even putting a Florida Highway Patrolman on the phone apologizing for our delivery being a “few hours” late because of their “mistake!” 5 Stars!

TN to WA NO Problems
From the start Carlos made setting up pickup and delivery of the vehicle a breeze. Communication was spot on with the shipment. Never used a car hauler before so being a first timer AutoStar was a good choice. Very happy with their service.
