Autostar Transport was great!! They moved my '64 Impala from PA to TX. The price was fair, driver was courteous, on-time, and my car was delivered without a scratch. 100% recommend them.

Strongly Not Recommended – Dishonest and Unprofessional Service
A few days ago, I contacted AutoStar Transport to move a forklift. I confirmed the price with their staff and clearly stated that the transport had to be completed within the following two days, which they agreed to.
On the first day, they failed to provide any confirmed pickup time. When I reached out, I was told they were “working on it” and that a driver might not be assigned until the second day. After that, they stopped proactively communicating with me.
On the second day, I still received no pickup time. When I contacted them again—this being the final day the transport had to be completed—I was suddenly told that they could not assign a driver unless I paid an additional $200.
I was extremely upset by this clear lack of honesty. I requested to cancel the order, but they stated that while cancellation was allowed, they would not refund my $100 deposit. With my schedule extremely tight and their policy leaving me no real alternative, I was forced to compromise and ended up paying an additional $109 on top of the original price just to complete the transport.
I am very disappointed with this company. Last-minute price increases, delays, and using a non-refundable deposit as leverage reflect a complete lack of professionalism. This was the worst service experience I have ever had. I believe I am not the first customer to encounter this situation, and I hope others will take this experience into consideration to avoid unnecessary losses.

Best Choice!
I normally do not pay any attention to ads on Facebook but with AutoStar Transport, I am glad I did! I went directly to their website and inquired about shipping my car from Raleigh, NC to San Juan, Puerto Rico as I had already moved but desperately needed my car living in a remote area. Valerie was the angel that handled my case and she was patient and caring. She made sure she calmed every single one of my wild and crazy nerves while going through the process. She answered every question I had quickly and even answered me while she was out of the office!
When my car arrived at the port, I had to handle some serious red tape with the tax office. AutoStar Transport cannot assist with that part but Valerie still answered me when I updated her on any paperwork that I might need.
I highly recommend the patient, professional and empathetic team at AutoStar Transport! Thank you so much!

Not bad, just a little bump...
I was happy with the service, and received my vehicle delivery in a timely manor. I did have a issue with the driver, who while loading the vehicle, bumped the front bumper license plate holder. No damage, but it did raise an eyebrow as to the skill of the driver and the safety of my vehicle on a cross country journey. But overall everything worked out so I can't complain. Or I could, but why be a negative Nancy?

Had a wonderful experience. Called Friday morning and spoke with George P. whom it was a pleasure to speak with. He handled my reservation from start to finish very smoothly. Vehicles were picked up that same afternoon @ 3pm from NY and dropped off in Florida by that following Monday by 8am.

Excellent experience, a very good company to deal with. They got me a transporter super fast, no waiting, easy pick up of my vehicle and quick drop off 4 days later (from NJ to NM). my Subaru…
I used auto star to transport my Subaru from Boston to California. M Alexander was the driver and he and the company was as timely as possible with pickup and delivery, and kept me posted with delivery updates. Fortunately, I was able to be flexible as there was delay at both ends. My car was delivered in perfect condition other than the expected dirt from being driven 3000 miles. My father enjoyed practicing his Russian. I will definitely use them again for the return trip.
