I was thrilled when I collected my ring -it was perfectly repaired .

I got stung by a bee and my hand swelled up to so I needed my wedding ring cut off. Autumn and May were really helpful. Once the swelling went down I went back to them to repair the ring. I was very impressed with their helpfulness and the ring looks perfect. You'd never know that it had been cut off.

They’ve been very helpful on ring cleans and when I had an issue with the engagement ring recently they were very helpful with the repair which was complementary. Very good service and staff. Autumn and May is a well positioned jewelry store in Greenwich Market. The staff are friendly and professional and advised me regarding repair of 2 gold necklaces. I am very happy with the service and was kept well informed throughout the process. The staff also welcomed my elderly Dalmation dog.

I came across this online shop looking for some matching jewellery for my daughters wedding and see a nice matching necklace and earings so that was that and being very honest I did think they would be small as the price was so reasonable an example being that they cost the same but all my partner had done was a clasp and link so thank you i will be ordering the necklace soon but I'll not forget customer service via WhatsApp was also a lovely experience

My rings have turned out so very beautifully, and I cannot fault the workmanship of the repair job they did following the emergency removal of my rings after my accident - they did an amazing job. My only small niggle is that it took longer than expected and communication was a little sparse. The staff in store are wonderful though!
