The expirance was great and im looking forward to do business again

I paid £189 for sunglasses sold as Prada by Urban Sunglasses. After concerns about their authenticity, I contacted EssilorLuxottica and supplied photographs for their team to review.

Their written response stated that the glasses pictured were not manufactured by EssilorLuxottica. They also identified discrepancies in the printed colour, hinge and temple core, and said they could not verify the retailer as an authorised UK dealer.

I’m extremely disappointed. I bought these believing they were genuine Prada sunglasses and have had to spend time investigating this myself. Based on my experience, I would not buy from this retailer again.

A Great Example of Putting Things Right

My experience with Urban Sunglasses initially had some issues, which understandably left me feeling disappointed and concerned. However, since raising my concerns, I have to say the way the company has handled the situation has been outstanding.

Urban Sunglasses have gone above and beyond to put things right, and I have been genuinely amazed by the level of customer service I have received. They have made a real effort to ensure I was happy with the outcome, and I truly appreciate the way they have dealt with everything.

It is easy to judge a company when things don’t go to plan, but I also believe it is important to recognise when a business takes the time and effort to resolve a situation properly. In this case, they have really impressed me with their response, and I have been left feeling very happy with the outcome.

What started as a disappointing experience has turned into a very positive one, thanks to their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.

Love the glasses and super fast service

Great experience! The sunglasses arrived safely and well-packed. When a minor customs issue came up, customer support was quick to respond and resolved it right away. Very helpful and reliable service!

Absolutely awful costumer service. Glasses arrived broken. Was told it would be replaced. After a week they decided to refund and not replace despite promising me a replacement. This was supposed to be a gift so ended up being giftless. They stated I can reorder but given I can no longer use the promo first order code anymore it worked out to be £40 more had i reordered. All in all a non existent costumer service.

I ordered my sunglasses last (Thursday 17th September), I received them next day, unfortunately the case was faulty (magnet didn’t close), I sent a message on WhatsApp first thing Saturday morning (with images) and with no hassle, sent a replacement case which I received yesterday (Monday 21st), great communication, fast delivery and spot on all round service.

The glasses weren't in stock so they took longer than expected to arrive apart from that I am happy with the glasses as they present well

Quick and easy service. I did have to return an item and it was so easy to do. They replied promptly and I got the refund back almost within two days. Tho sunglasses I did keep arrived so quickly and was the best value I could find out of all online and indoor shops! Will be using this company from now on! Thank you

I placed an order on the 20th August for a pre order sunglasses with roughly estimated delivery of 6-10 days. I have received the sunglasses today on the 15th sept, even though it took a while i can't fault the customer service. Their customer service was more than helpful and replied in a timely manner via whatsapp. In terms of the sunglasses they i am very happy they are genuine Ray-ban. I recommend this company.
