I always have such a wonderful experience here. The prices are also really reasonable given their professionalism, care and trustworthiness. I regularly have my wedding and engagement rings cleaned & polished here, and they always come back promptly, but most importantly glistening and looking better than new! The setting on my engagement ring is particularly tricky, but I completely trust Autumn and May to make sure it’s correctly set each year so I don’t have to worry about losing the diamond. Bought a Kit Heath Coast Pebble Twin Droplet Drop Sterling Silver Earrings for my wife’s 60th. All done completely online without visiting the shop and a very smooth transaction proceeded including the delivery. We are fortunate to live close enough to take advantage of this service. However, for those who can't visit in person, I found the online size guide to be very accurate as well.

We placed our order online, and despite the fact that the ring had to be made to order, the delivery was impressively fast. The quality of the ring is outstanding—truly surpassing our expectations.
