Excellent customer service
I wasn’t too sure when my order would arrive so I called them and was advised my order was being dispatched that day. This was confirmed in an email and I received my order the following day so was very happy with this.

We do try our hardest to get customers orders out the next day, with free carriage. This is what separates us from our competitors. Apologies if you didn't receive the order as a next day delivery, this can sometimes be down to stock levels.

Prompt delivery but lids to the two pots of English heritage green paint weren’t properly secured so there has been some minor spills.

If you order from us again, please take a photo so that we may pass this on to our couriers. We take a lot of care and pride into sending out our orders and usually find it's a result of careless delivery drivers. However, we will take a further look into our packing of orders so that we can prevent this happening in the future.

Paint company did real good and dispatched in quick time , THEN the courier step in !! Waiting in all afternoon for the delivery then get an email to say it’s running late will be 2 hours later now 20.30 and given up all hope , then today arrives and it’s alleged it will be delivered by delsol 16.50-18.50 , so probably be let down again , won’t buy again as there courier service lets them down !!
