The place is clean and comfortable
The place is clean and comfortable. I’ve noticed that there is a horrible red ant problem in the pool area. This is not the first year, so it’s been a few years. And while this is the condo management’s problem, renters beware! Makes sitting there unpleasant because they are crawling all over the chairs and tables.

We felt entirely taken care of
We felt entirely taken care of by our hosts. The apartment was just as described in the listing, lovely and fully accommodating. We appreciated having a designated parking spot, on site laundry for free, and a great location, central but tucked away. The bathroom is very spacious (good water pressure) and the bed is quite comfy.

Amazing 5 bedroom home
The house was amazing. It was spacious, clean, private, and local staff was very attentive to our needs. Our family consisted of 6 members (1 couple) so everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom which made for a more enjoyable trip. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and made the trip more enjoyable. We had all the luxuries of home and then some. The home movie theatre was awesome and we took advantage of the recliners for an evening movie. And we LOVED the back deck where we enjoyed family dinners and bags tournament.

The condo was so beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The views are wonderful. The access to golf and pball as well as the ability to bike everywhere was great. 10 out of 10. We will definitely return!

I would have given 5 stars but there…
I would have given 5 stars but there was a lack of little inconvenience like no bathroom hooks to hang clothes or wet towels. No way to fill sink ,no stopper. No shelf space in closet. No safety box to store valuables. 5 Stars goes to Hayden at the front desk. Very nice and a real professional and friendly.

Beautiful clean Apartment. So convenient to restaurants and shops on 21st Ave. close to Belmont University where our son goes to school and 2 blocks from where he lives. Safe environment. Easy parking on street. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, calm and easy access to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and plenty of towels. We enjoyed the pool as well.

Great anniversary vacation
We had an amazing stay here for our anniversary getaway! The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our trip. The plunge pool was definitely one of our favorite parts such a great feature and perfect for winding down after a day out.
The location was also excellent, only about 10 minutes from the beach which made everything super convenient while still feeling peaceful and private. Communication was smooth, check-in was easy, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
We truly had a great time and made some wonderful memories here. We would absolutely stay again and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Looking forward to coming back!

We loved how close the Blackhaus was to…
We loved how close the Blackhaus was to downtown Palm Springs. Set up was perfect with 2 bedrooms. We were a little surprised how unfinished the unit looked with plywood for a curling but grew on us over time. I did not give 5 stars for 2 reasons.,,no shades in the living room. The afternoon sun was unbearable in that room. Also, the living room air conditioning was broken. The window unit worked fine but would have liked a heads up. Overall we had a great time.
