Service and wines are always good, it's the delivery by Yodel that's always the issue, so 1 case arrived but ordered 2, delivery guy very polite but said only 1 box. Asking him to check again, he found another 1 that was being dropped off later, so went hunting in the van for second case, found it. As per previous Yodel delivery box damaged. But at least it was not a nail in my brew dog beer delivered this time.

A good product at a good price, with the usual speedy delivery and ease of ordering.

Very disappointed with delivery. No bell rung and both cases left on drive and not in porch as per instructions. We were in and luckily checked and found the 30 bottles.

The service I get from Averys is quick and efficient. The wine stock is extensive and I find the range of Averys own label extremely competitive.

A present I tried to send arrived early when no-one was at home. Avery's saved the day by accepting the misdelivered bottles back while redelivering to a new address. Needless to say the product was delicious but it was the service that was outstanding.

I ordered a case of wine early this year. It arrived as promised a couple of days ago. The wine is superb. Averys/Laithwaites offered a great deal and they delivered on it. So I’m a happy customer.

My wine advisor Neil provides an excellent service and I cannot fault. But Averys insists on using Yodel for their deliveries in my area and they are useless. Rarely deliver according to instructions so wine left near our gate instead of in porch or at neighbours as requested. Last lot was dropped over the wall because the gate was locked despite asking Yodel to deliver to our next door neighbour. Would be 5* if delivery partner better.

Excellent quality wine. Fantastic service as always, cannot fault anything and my wine advisor, Lynne is always there for help and guidance.

I use Averys a lot so this poor experience is unusual. On Saturday I received an email to say the case of wine would be delivered on Monday. We were away for a long weekend but Yodel (now InPost) website would not let us change the date/time of delivery. And the Yodel driver left the case of wine outside on the pavement for anyone to pick up. Luckily a neighbour rescued it. But that was no thanks to Inpost.
