Please also note that customized and made to order items are considered final sale, as outlined in our policy. However, these items are covered by a lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects. We will replace those free of charge.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing it must be, especially when you were counting on your ring for a meaningful life event. That was never the experience we intended for you.

To clarify, your order was completed and shipped on May 6, well within our promised production timeframe. USPS attempted delivery on May 15, but unfortunately could not reach you by phone and began returning the package to us. Once you confirmed your address, we immediately coordinated with the carrier to attempt redelivery—however, this process takes a bit longer when a return is already in motion.

We understand your frustration, and while the situation involved external delivery challenges, we take full responsibility for ensuring your satisfaction. We’ve been in direct contact with you via email and will continue doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.

The ring was delivered with a smaller carat stone than requested because the specific design you selected cannot structurally support a larger stone—a limitation we explained during our correspondence. Our design team is committed to ensuring durability and long-term wearability, and this sometimes means adapting the original request to fit the integrity of the design.
