Your order was shipped on October 22nd and delivered on October 31st, within our estimated delivery window of 7-10 business days. However, I completely understand the disappointment of receiving the package after your grandson’s birthday, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this caused.

After you first reached out to us on November 5th, we promptly sent you a pre-paid return label so you could return the item. However, the chargeback you filed on October 30th with your bank has put the funds on hold, meaning we cannot process the refund at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot honor the refund until your bank officially releases the funds back to us.

We want to assure you that as soon as the funds are returned, we will gladly process your refund without delay. We take pride in our 180-day return policy, and we’re committed to making this right for you.

Regarding the ring with glued stones, after reviewing the picture you provided, we noticed that the design does not match any product from our collection. As such, it seems that the ring in question may not have been purchased from us.
