Total scam. What was received was completely different from advertised. Not a cheap purchase either. Dreadful company, avoid at all costs

False Advertising at its best. So not worth the $79.99 they say they are worth. There only a few gnomes in the calendar. The others items are tiny little rubber decorations. These items could be bought at a dollar store for far less money. I was expecting a gnome a day. Ones that i could add to our christmas tree daily. The additional items in the box are not worth putting on the tree as they are less than an inch. So very disappointed in this product. Would never recommend this to any one asking. They looked so awesome when advertised on facebook. They must be hooking so many with the cute picture of the only gnomes in the boxes

I ordered a gnome calendar, that said on the website it had 12" gnome plushies for every day of the 24 day calendar. I received it, and it had 3. All the rest were cheap plastic tiny figurines. I reached out to the company via email, with a screen shot of the page from their website showing that they advertise 24 12" plushies. I never heard back from them. I had to escalate it through paypal.
They refused to give me a full refund. I said I would compromise and accept 7/8 refund, since I did receive 1/8 of the gnomes I expected. They refused.

This was the most disappointing purchase ever. They miss lead you into what you are purchasing. Don’t ever use

complete scam organization. received something that didnt come close to what I thought I was ordering. Zero email contact. looked at ship from address, came out ouf a pack and ship store. Return name Annie was all om the label. SCAM!!!!!!

I can’t even believe what was delivered to my house. I ordered the gnome advent calendar. It came with a broken box and inside we’re only three gnomes not 24 and the rest were filled with ridiculous rubber childish tree ornaments that didn’t even have the holes punched out or anything to hang them with. I have contacted and I am hoping for a refund. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a Gnome Advent Calendar, hope I can save others from wasting money! Nothing in the calendar looked like the pictures, and only 3 of the days had gnomes! The other 21 were all mini rubber Christmas figures. The gnomes I did get are not stand alone - they’re all very cheaply made ornaments.

I ordered a 2025 planner on November 4th. When I made the purchase off the “Ivy-ever” website it directed me to “awishday” to finalize my purchase. I didn’t think anything of it because I saw good reviews that seemed legitimate. WRONG! I still have not received any response from them about my purchase in regards to the confirmation of my order and if it’s been shipped and when it’s expected to arrive. I’ve reached out via email 3 times, went to their website and put in a “inquiry ticket” and I’ve reached out to the via Facebook messenger, and have commented on their Facebook advertising reels about how scammy they are! I STILL have not heard from them! They took my $43 and haven’t fulfilled their end of the deal! I am so angry! I filed a resolution ticket with my bank to force a refund on them. DO.. NOT.. PURCHASE .. FROM ..IVY-EVER / AWISHDAY!!!!!!!

I have not made an order to this company, yet I have a charge for $30.75. In looking up their site, and clicking on" my account" of course I had no account or password. No email of order received or shipping info. Click on forgot pw, response of, will email you code to reset pw. been 2 hours, no response! Call to my cc for a chargeback. SCAM!!

I had to go to the post office and pay $24 for shipping. My receipt says that shipping was free. I would have returned it if I had known what a rip-off I was getting. I was under the impression that there would be a gnome for each day. There are only three. The rest of the days are just junky little trinkets. I bought two which I intended to send to my niece and nephew but would be ashamed to make a gift of such garbage. They will be going straight to Goodwill.

Like others, I purchased the gnome Advent calendar. Instead of fluffy, handmade gnomes, like the advertisement, they were filled with tiny plastic things. Dollar store quality, not $39.99. No response from customer service.

Rate 0 if possible. I was supposed to get the giant gnome calendar like everyone else and instead got 3 small gnomes and a bunch of small rubber trinkets. I never got a confirmation email as I was supposed to plus never received a response to emails..

What I ordered was not what I got. I was supposed to get the giant gnome advent calendar, that their advertising every where. Instead I got 3 tiny gnomes and some trinkets instead of the 24 12 inch gnomes. So very disappointed. Definitely not worth $39.99. I have sent 5 emails and this is day 6 and still no response. Poor customer service. Worst company i have ever dealt with.

I ordered a mug as a gift. After not being shipped for 2 weeks I emailed the company 3 times with no response. After contacting my credit card company, the item was shipped. When it arrived it was in different colors than ordered and had a large crack down one side. Unusable. Do not buy from this company!

Is it possible to give a ‘zero’ star review? The ‘gnome advent calendar’ was actually a bunch of junk toys and one gnome. The advertising was certainly different. Total waste of money. Total waste. Feel stupid for getting sucked in.

I did get the product after a month and a half, however it was broken in a million pieces. I've sent several emails and nobody is returning my emails or calls. There are no ways to contact anyone other than emails. After checking the return address on the box and googling it, it seems it is a storage facility in New York. SCAM! Hopefully I can get my money back from my credit card!

Received broken merchandise and not what I ordered. Non responsive!! And the order took forever!

I just received the gnome Advent calendar, what a huge disappointment. Only three gnomes and the rest junky trinkets! Do not fall for this scam!!!! Product from China!
