Never got my product. Emailed costumer service and they never replied. I am out $42. This website is a scam and needs to be shut down

placed an order it’s been almost 2 months i track so called package and it supposedly finally arrived . the final destination says at post office , no address of post office telling me which post office . no tracking number for post office to look up even if i went to the nearest one. SCAM‼️

THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY. I PLACED AN ORDER MONTHS AGO. NEVER RECEIVED IT. I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE MANY TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. BEWARE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T SEND THE MERCHANDISE.

I placed an order almost 2 months ago and I have not received it. The tracking number they gave me is invalid. I have emailed customer service 2 times with no response. At this point I assume I'm not getting my order. Lesson learned. I will not purchase from here again.

Ordered from this website a month ago and never received a shipping confirmation. I emailed their customer service five times with no answer. There’s no customer service number to contact them. I did finally find a response to my emails in my Spam folder, but it just said that sometimes items are in high demand, so they don’t get shipped right away, but they didn’t provide any specific details about my order at all, and I had asked for a refund, which they ignored. I used AfterPay so I’m having them put in a dispute to get my money back.. hopefully that’ll work. :/

Do not order from this site. You will not get your merchandise and they will not answer any emails about unshipped merchandise. They will take your money and you will never hear from them

Feel stupid not to check reviews before I purchase them. Absolutely rubbish.

This is so hard to zip up. Every time I needed to zip/unzip it was taking me at least 5 minutes. I only wore it one night and a few hours in the zipper got completely stuck and won't zip at all anymore. Not a fun situation to be in at a concert so I would not trust the zipper on this AT ALL

The material is a lot cheaper quality than it seems in the photos. The trees on the top are that cheap quality that looks like it was printed on a printer from home. The red is a little more orangey than I was expecting. It’s a Christmas shirt so I wasn’t expecting designer, but it’s so much cheaper looking than I expected.

The color was too bright and it didn't look exactly like the picture. The sweater was stiff. Might turn it to goodwill.

Stay away. Online scam artists who take your credit card payment but don't fulfill your order. They are uncontactable. You have been warned. Now trying to cancel payment as disputed transaction with our bank.

Absolutely do not order from this site or what suppose to be a company. They only will take your money and you want receive any product/products. If received, it will be defective. They don't respond to any emails and there's no contact number. This site is a SCAM. THE BBB, FBI, and Interpol have been made aware of this matter.

I purchased two pair of white cotton long pants. Site says to order a larger size,I did. I ordered 3xl. I am an average size woman. The pants are too small and narrow to pull on. I should have read the perfect reviews here before I purchased. Will try for a refund but I’m not expecting a reply now.

Ordered the Nativity Advent Puzzle which did arrive on time however pieces were not in the correct box and there was a Day10 piece missing. I have sent many requests by email and on their website with absolutely no response. Going to ask my credit card company to fight this charge.

Scam. Ordered 3XL bottoms to correspond with waist size. Pants I received would barely fit a MEDIUM. Should have read the reviews before I ordered. That's on me.

Item shipped from China and took 4 weeks. "Indestructible" dog toy is in tatters after a week. Don't bother.

This company/website is absolutely terrible. I ordered something at the beginning of December, expecting to have it in time for a Christmas gift. It’s been nearly a month and a half and it’s not here. The tracking system is garbage, and it’s not possible to contact them. They don’t respond to emails (not sure it’s a legit address) and they have no mailing address or phone number. Do not waste your time and money here.
