I wish I had known about this site before I placed my order for 2 pet hair cleaner brushes. They did take a while to arrive but I wasn’t in a rush. I kept one and gave the other one to my mom. As soon as I used it I could tell it didn’t perform well, cat hair flew everywhere while brushing my cat and was not contained in the brush. My mom had the same issues. I emailed them in 13 days from delivery about returning the items and never heard back. That was Dec 6th, 2023. I’ve sent more emails and waiting to see if I get a reply. I would not order from this company again. All the dissatisfaction reviews are similar.

We purchased the 24 day Calander puzzle from Awishday.com. It was a very nice idea for a family project and the kids had a great time as they looked forward to each day to open the next box of pieces and complete another section of the puzzle.
As the days passed, we found pieces in the wrong boxes and duplicate pieces suggesting that the manufacturer has poor QA.
Then on day 23, we discovered we were missing a piece from the puzzle and it did not show up in any of the other days.
We contacted the manufacturer and after more than a week of waiting for a response their solution was for us to pack up the entire thing and send it back (at OUR expense) for a refund even though their policy as printed in their FAQ explicitly says "If you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible."
The obvious solution to the problem would be to simply place a single piece in the mail (we provided photos showing which piece was missing). The cost to them would be the cost of an envelope and a stamp and the fifteen minutes to put the thing in the mail.
We have reached out to them proposing this solution because, as a family, one of our hobbies it to complete, laminate, and decorate our home with jigsaw puzzles that we have done together.
To date, they have refused to respond further.

I ordered their advent calendar 2023 christmas jigsaw puzzle santa clause with blind box packaging on November 20 and my credit card was charged $36.98 that day. I expected the puzzle to arrive before the beginning of Advent (Dec. 1), but it was not shipped until November 29 and didn't arrive until December 8. As if that was not disappointment enough, the puzzle was missing one of the corner pieces. Additionally, some boxes contained duplicate tiles and some had tiles for a different date. And since the puzzle has a missing piece we can't even pass it on to a friend for next advent. We loved the concept but the delivery and execution were horrible.

I purchased socks and one was defective. I wrote numerous emails with no response. They were supposed to be a gift. Needless to say, I could not give them. I will stop payment to them. I'm completely disappointed in their product, and their lack of response. I wi never buy from them again.

Ordered what the company called an "ornament." It's a very pretty, artistic medium of using crystals inside an acrylic disc, and depicts a wave rolling onto a beach. It was listed as 6" in diameter which, to me, was larger than I would call an ornament, but I thought it would be really pretty as a "sun catcher" type item used for window decor. They listed for $9.99 each, with the price being discounted as the quantity purchased increased. Having spent many years living at the beach, and having many friends who also did/still do live at the beach, I purchased these as gifts in a quantity that reduced the cost to $6.99 each. They arrived basically on time (just a few days later than estimate but I had ordered early enough that it was still in plenty of time); HOWEVER, when I opened the box I was completely flabbergasted, highly disappointed, and frankly, quite livid. The things were tiny. They're actually about 1 to 1.25 inches in diameter, a far, FAR cry from the 6" they were purported to be. They are more cheaply made than I expected but they're so stinkin' small that you can't see the defects much anyway. This company is a waste of your time and hard-earned money.

Still waiting for delivery since late November. I put a hold on my credit card for this charge, and “miraculously” the delivery status changed to “delivered” NINE DAYS PRIOR! Have not received anything.

Ordered a shoe for a toddler sized "toddler 10" As advertised and shown in relation to the age chart. However I received a size 39

purchased 3 hippie shirts and all shrunk after the first wash..sent an email notifying them but only got a "we will get back to you" automated reply so far..poor quality material.

I ordered the 1008 piece 24 days of Advent Calendar puzzle in November. It was supposed to be here before December 1st but instead It just arrived and it is now 12 days until Christmas so it was 12 days later than it should have been. The numbered puzzle pieces were randomly packed inside each days numbered box so that ALL 24 boxes have to be opened up to be able to build the puzzle. I contacted Awishday by email and their website but absolutely no response back. The website says “100% money back guarantee” and “24/7 customer service” but no phone number or ability to web chat with them.

Piece of crap. Nowhere near the fraudulent photo you have on line. You should be prosecuted for fraud!!

Size of ornaments were MUCH smaller than the picture. Minimum delivery was 6 weeks. Not at all a representation of the item received. Only 2 inches!!

Ordered my daughter in law a calendar, and never received it!! Do NOT use this company! Scammers!!!

i ordered an Advent Calendar that by definition has to be given as a gift by November 30. It was ordered on Nov 11 and as of today, December 5th it has not been received. I emailed them two days ago requesting a refund and they have not responded. Just now I have disputed the charge with my credit card issuer, and they are reversing the charge since the merchant will not even respond

I ordered 25 ornaments for gifts that, in their advertisement looked beautiful and about 5-6 inched big. The product was not at all as advertised. They are less than 2 inched, made of cloudy plastic and have scratches on them. I have emailed them for 5 days now to return them for a full refund but they will not answer my emails and there is no customer service number to be found. I lost almost $250!

Same as everyone else, ordered the advent calendar WAY in advance (Nov. 2nd) thinking it'd come with plenty of time for Dec. 1st. Nothing received. Did get a tracking number, been in transit for over 2 weeks with no estimate on delivery still. Reached out to the company, no response. I won't ever do business with this company again.

I placed my order (and paid) twice! I thought I must have done something wrong the first time. Nope! I was charged and the item shows as “Shipped” on the Shop App — but that just means they took my money. It has now been a month since I placed my first order, and I have sent 4 messages to customer service. I have NOT received my products, I have NOT received a response from Awishday, and there is NO way to contact them by phone. I am REALLY disappointed - the items I ordered would have been a perfect little surprise for my daughter-in-law. I am furious at myself for not reading review first. I am angry that Instagram allows Ads from a company that is clearly fraudulent. RUN from Awishday…they are scammers.
