Bad experience

I was using the site without any problems. But all of sudden everything turn around. Products getting delivered are not in good quality. Also I made a return request, item already collected back on same day as well but still refund is not done. Item was cracked inside the box.

I have made a request for return in awok reference number:601-583-574-295. Kindly be informed that item has been picked up on the same day of delivery which is 07 March 2020. But till now the money has not been reimbursed to me

order Number (13201720A1) , November 2019 , Some of the received items were not matching advertised descriptions, filed a return request and items were picked-up by awok a week later, that’s it ! no refund to date, no response from awok to numerous emails or calls till today. (FOR 8 MONTHS NOW !!!!!!!!!)
Ordered one item in May 2020, Order 70076195A1 , item received but came missing a part, calls and emails went unanswered since then.
If this is not fraud, I do not know what fraud is!

I have ordered from Awok on 29th May…

I have ordered from Awok on 29th May 2020 for amount of 174AED but i didn't receive it so I put a review and Awok responded and said to cancel my order so they will refund my amount , but till date I have not receive the amount back. It is a worst online shopping. Please someone say me what should I do next , shall I take this matter to police.

Which product you does not like and please send message to support@awok.com and your information would be recorded, and the warranty is not "fake" as it is disrupted by the pandemic. Once operation is restored and RMA is in place, surely we would extend the warrenty to you, please do not worry abou that.

Awok is Scam and Fraud Website

I have order from Awok.com om 4th April and paid AED 247 from my credit card, still awok didn't return my amount or deliver the product. I just saw alot of people facing the same issues and AWOK is scamming people.
AWOK is scam website so please people do not buy from this website any more. AWOK do fraud and looting people hard earn money.
I little bit research about the owner of AWOK, the guy name is Ulugbek Yuldashev and team is Lars Øivind Haakenstad and Denis all are fraud.
There office is 3202 AA1 Mazaya Business Avenue JLT.
I will visit there office tomorrow and will try to get my payment from there. I will not allow anyone to scam with me and take my money.

Worst service ever

Refund all orders

Since you're saying that your operations are not in place for a long time, why don't you simply refund all the customers?

Instead you wait for them to reach you out in all means where you don't respond, then they post here as last hope and you refund each of them as it's a public portal seen by all.

Once you open up, you can tell your customers and they will reorder.

Kindly don't say you cannot refund order that is ready for shipment. There is no online payment gateway that holds successful payment irrespective of any reason. You can directly refund from payment portal instead of doing it from your system, if it has a block as per your business policies.

Please don't ask us to stay home stay safe now or tell that there are 100s of cases or put some news article links here. That is not the answer. Refund all orders and let us know here.

Dear Customer, you are right, actually hundreds of thousands of them are refunded by system, but still some leaked out. In that case, once you wrote to support@awok.com, it would be addressed as soon as possible. "Kindly don't say you cannot refund order that is ready for shipment. There is no online payment gateway that holds successful payment irrespective of any reason. You can directly refund from payment portal instead of doing it from your system, if it has a block as per your business policies." It seems that you knows something about e-commerce, but if you worked in a big e-commerce companies, as there are not only checkout, but also website/app, and warehouse ERP system, financial system to keep track record of each orders which are in many different status, all those data has to be synchronized to make sure everything is right and all refunded are processed correctly.So systems are complex and interconnects to e-commerce brands used to serve millions of custoemers each year and tens of millions of products deliveryed each year. Even it is hard, we are working on that in batch as well as care to special need and inquiries.Please let us know what is your order number? So we could look into that for you. Anyway, as there are hundreds of cases each day, we would still say that please stay safe as that is of most important to you and to your family, community in UAE. Stay safe and thank you. We used to put news article here, just to show that we have been here for many years, we are from those underserved population and we create business to serve millions of underserved population in middle east, even we are hit hard by the pandemic and forced to stop taking orders at this time, we would still take care of each among those millions of customers and orders as we strive for 100% satisfaction even as all business we are not perfect. Hopefully that we could all get out of this pandemic successfully together.

Very bad service ( #261-697-36A-1 )

I bought an item ( #261-697-36A-1 ) on March 9th on their website. Got it delivered on March 12th. Timing was good. When I opened the box, realized that there was a missing part. I sent an email regarding this matter, but no response. Once we used the item, we realized that something is broken inside. I took some pics and filed a complain on 27th March. Since there is no reply. Tried whatsapping them, emailing them, website.... but useless. Landline is always busy. Asked for a refund. Very disappointing.

It's been 40 days now since I noticed…

It's been 40 days now since I noticed suspicious activity in my card when someone purchased items on awok website of 57 aed without my knowledge. Numerous emails and calls to awok go unanswered. It's really poor customer service. The last review I did they said accounts department will check. Still nothing. Awok I just want my money back. I'm very dissapointed. Gimme my 57 aed back!!

The news going around now is that AWOk is a scam and am starting to believe that also. If u are truly not a scam please refund my money back to my card.
