As warehouse/delivery/customer service could not function during the pandemic, we stopped taking orders during the check out process. We could check your order status, if that is in cancelled status, we could pass on information to finance team for refunding. For ready for dispatch status, sadly as finance team could not refund, you have to wait for a while until warehouse/delivery/customer service resumes back to normal to get refund.

A joke of a company

My order was placed early may and has been in “dispatch” for weeks until this very moment.

You guys dont answer your whatsapp chat, email, or the stupid chat service on your website. Yet, you are very active here trying to protect your already shameful public image.

I hope the investors will realize that the current management are not worthy of the 30mill$ investment. There is absolutely no doubt your team will not get through these times, and it will be most deserved.

I will not provide my order information here. Because you know what? I’m not gonna help you look like you care about your customers. If you actually care, then you would atleast reply to emails sent a month ago or atleast acknowledge receipts of messages on your whataspp account.

I will report the transaction to my card company and I will get my money back. I will also report you to the authorities for taking payments when you knew firsthand that you shutdown your operations.

May you drown in fines, and all of your management get replaced. If not, then may Awok never survive this storm. There is no way in hell your leadership are worthy to be the next Jeff Bezos.

We are from the mass underserved, and we are for those millions of mass underserved in mid east, We are sourcing hard to make sure that we provided lowest possible product prices to our millions of customers and hundreds of millions of products have been successfully delivered to our million of customers in a few years. And we just got adversely impacted and hit like the mass undererved right now, feeling the huge pain, licking the wound, have a little rest. Please do not make fun of all those hugely impacted mass underserved people during this difficult time. I understand your frustration, however sadly as customer service is not function right now. Among hundreds of people organization. You know, among the storm, not every people would act like team member to contribute and to serve and go extra mile for mass underved customers also shakened by the storm. We also do not have access to support@awok.com email, whatsapp and etc at this time, otherwise, your email would be surely replied just like here. If you could not provide order number here, then you have to wait for customer service to resume operation again , or when we have access to check support@awok.com/whatsapp to check those email and message, and then process your refund. "I will also report you to the authorities for taking payments when you knew firsthand that you shutdown your operations. " Actually that is not true, once we realize warehouse, delivery could not fullfill orders up to the standards we used to provide to millions of customers before, we immediately disabled checkout process to avoid taking any orders. It is sad that your order right before the diable. You only need to provide your cancelled order number here, then refund could be quickly issued like others. NEVER BUY. THEY DEDUCT MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT MANY TIMES. FALSE TRANSACTIONS

This is to inform you that for one order 5 times payment was deducted. Order no 377-442-85A-1. Material was also returned. They just returned refund of two times and still they are holding up 3 times payment which is amounting to approx 260 AED. Nobody is bothered to reply. The worst online company with the worst customer service

The worst company that I ever dealed With
I have purchased iPhone xr and received it after almost three months and used it for less than three months and discovered that it is locked and wasn’t able to change my SIM card to any other carrier and raised a complaint then they collected the phone to fix that issue as I couldn’t even be able to use it with any sim & as per Apple customer service they have to unlock it from the network, Now can I get an update regarding my iPhone that you have collected for the repair last January for my complaint 381-576-003-151 dated 10 December 2019

Can someone please respond to our complaints.
Just a reply that you are sorry doesnt help. I will raise this complaint to Dubai consumer department if response/shipment not recieved.

Order# 33869089A1, placed on 25.05.2020 and paid in full. Today is 14th June and have not received the shipment. No one responds to email or reminders.
Call centre is worst i have been trying to get in touch for the past 2 days only answering machine. i need to know the status of my shipment. Once it receive this order I will never place any order from Awok nor will I recommend any one. Hope to receive feedback soon.

We have passed on your message to managers and urge them to function as we could not cancel that either as those orders are in ready for dispatch status, we would update with you quickly once engineering could find ways to do that from code. DO NOT ORDER FROM AWOK! They will take your money but never deliver the items! ... DO NOT LET AWOK FOOLED YOU LIKE THEY DID TO ME! CUSTOMER PAID BUT THEY WILL NEVER EVER DELIVER!

Dear Customer, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused to you. Please tell us your order information, so we could look into that and refund you once the order cancelled. Also, please be notified that you no need to say like this here as we stopped taking orders more than one week ago during current situation as warehouse, delivery and customer service could not function well during this challenging time. Which means you could browse those products, but could not place order and check out at all. Right now the most important thing for all people in mid east is to stay safe as there are hundreds of cases every days. Once those situation got controlled and warehouse/delivery/customers are back to normal, we would surely inform our millions of customers here about resume operation and all our customers to place orders then. Thank you for your understanding and patience! Please stay safe and thank you!Thank you for your understanding and hopefully we could all get out of this unusual situation together!

Worst online shop... ordered April,they divide the delivery and the last item is still pending...

Dear Customer, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused to you. Among nearly half million SKUs we could offer to our customers before, many of them are in oversea warehouses, so when you are shopping, if the product does not have stock in Dubai warehouse, the expected shippment would take 10 days longer. For example, it would take 5 days picking, packing and delivery your order if the product has stock in dubai warehouse, but if your orders also include products not having stock in Dubai warehouse, that product would take 15 days to delivery to you during normal days, the whole order would be splitted by system automatically, those products in Dubai warehouse would be shipped to you and those products which only have stock in oversea warehouses would wait until stock comes to be shipped later. Please provide your order number, so we could check for you and refund you during current situation. With that said, we would recommend engineering to set the option for customers to decide if they want to split or not in the future. For example, in one order with 10 products inside, 6 products having stocks which take 5 days, 4 products only in oversea warehouses which take 15 days, we would give you the option to let them send together at one time means all 15 days with all 10 products included in one package, or you want to spit the order, to let 6 products shipped, while another 4 products shipped 15 days later. Often times, we would see that our repeating customers often have up to 60 products(Can you imagine that? Customers are taking up to 60 products in one order at one time) in their one order as we have been sourcing very hard to make sure each product we are offering having hte lowest price in mid east region and passing on those saving to our valuable millions of customers here. In that case, splitting deliverying would ensure customers get portion of their 60 products order quickier,a the same time, another portion of products in oversea warehouse are quickly moving here. At the same time, we would urge our customers to look at those expected delivery date and if you really do not want to wait 10 days longer, you may choose other alternatives which we have stock in Dubai warehouse. Anyway, right now the most important thing is stay safe and after this pandemic as there are not hundreds of cases each day in Dubai, we would surely refine the whole process as warehouse, delivery, customer service and etc resume back to normal.
