The AWOK I knew 5years back with excellent service has really disappointed me this time when I was trying to check out their delivery procedures and efficiency. I am so disappointed with the the services they offer this time. I ordered a mobile phone on 29th/5/2020 paid by card. I never received any email or even anybody to call back, I tried to send them email, still I didn't get answer . The days of delivery are longer than expected as they said they would deliver by June 02/2020. The services are worst on my try this year. I even sent them a message on Facebook still never got a reply, I don't know whether this is AWOK I knew before or another Awok with a similar name. Please anyone clarify me...

During this once in a hundred years' pandemic, as there are hundreds of cases each day, sadly warehouse, delivery and customer service are not functions, sorry that we could not fullfill your those orders at this time. At the same time, for all other remaining customers who are paid for the past two weeks, but not deliveryed ones, please also kindly cancel your paid or COD orders and let's us know the order number, so we could refund to you.

VERY BAD!

Very bad! There is no way to cancel my order on the web and in the app!!!!!!! THE CANCEL ORDER IS DISABLED! You already took AED 150 from me and since May 23, I haven’t gotten my delivery yet and worst, I CANNOT CANCEL! And your customer service is not even reaching out to us! It's Bad Website , Cheating the customers
because I required Soap Dispenser Model ( SD-2004 ) For 26 DHS
per PC but after i paid the total amount in advance
i received another one model (SD-2002 ) and the price for it is

* Also according to the website terms .. the website terms the delivery charges must be calculate per order not pert the quantity which including in every order .. but here , my order is 7 PCS From Same Item
and awok calculate the delivery charges on every item in the order meaning awoke calculate the delivery charges on my order 7 times according to the no. of items in my order no. ( 37111698A1 ) and this not honest from them ...
I make complain to return or replace it in date 08/04/2020
but till today nothing happened .
I'll make complain for it in " Consumer Protection Agency ".

Customer service not responding..Cancelled orders with no refund!

Worst Online Shopping Experience

This is my 2nd time writing this review! The first one was taken down for whatever reason. I tried to get a hold of awok through, phone, email or whatsapp but to no avail. My order 99501441A1 worth AED 138 was placed on May 24th and was supposed to be deivered by May 29th, i still dont have it as of now. I did a lot of online shopping over eid from 6 different outlets and only awok has not delivered so far! Let me know what is the status and when can i expect to receive this. The app is asking me to verify my phone number as well but there is no verification code received! My number is already indicated on the order form. Please address this immediately!!!

I made a return request on 10.03.20. But no response and nobody came to pickup the return.
After an email exchange on 17.03.20 i was assured it will soon be picked up. But from then till now no response and none of awok contact channel is working tried calling, email and WhatsApp several time no response. But now i see the return request is canceled. After no response from all contact channels i hope this reach awok.

Order still not received!!!!!!

I ordered it on May 27th (order: #974-354-67A-1. after 2 days i checked it again and it was "ready for pick up". 7 days later i checked again the status of my order and still "ready for pick up".
your reviews here are very bad.You kept on promising us that it will be delivered to us but when? This is my second time to ask you again and i hope i will not get the same answer as yesterday. "when are you going to deliver my items?" i will give you till Saturday, if i will not receive my order i will file a complain and report you to the government entities here and call my bank for a dispute.

scam company and pathetic customer service

This is Sarfaraz aga with the order # 161-374-92A-1 and the case Id : 383442 I had placed an order on your site for a shaver costing 48.00 aed but I had been charged twice. I have attached my order number and the picture of my balance where the amount was taken twice and I only purchased one item. It been 2 more then I am waiting for my refund! What the hell is going on ? You guys said will check with the finance team and get back and it’s already been a month dint hear anything I have already been waiting over 2 months now, I need my money now and don’t want to hear any crap from you guys

Dear Customer, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused to you. It is really rare sistuation as it was your 48 AED order and it was delivred two months ago during the lockdown period. We used to delivery hundreds of millions of goods to GCC countries customers over the years, it is really rare situation to charge customer of order of you twice. We have passed on your case and order number to engineering team to investigate and update with you once there are progress. At the same time, please be safe and thank you. Hopefully with your understanding and supporting, we would come out of this pandemic together!
