This is now the 3rd review of AWOK, now the officiallyy worst online shopping app!!

You replied to me on TrustPilot on 13 May, 2020, telling me that a refund of 167AED to my credit card for the order number: 266-986-52I-1 was imminent!! Yet, no refund has been processed.

What the hell are you doing?? You are clearly scam agents and untrustworthy!! I have complained to my bank to request a credit of the aforementioned amount.

Why are you lying to your customers?

AWOK should be shut down for a shoddy, unreliable service.

You need to make clear when you are refunding the money and basically the previous message that the Finance Dept is dealing with the matter is frankly a lie!!

This is very dodgy. I ordered a phone, no response and incorrect tracking number. I have emailed them again, and told them if there's no response in 5 days I will report them to Dubai police.

Are you guys really serious and is this a scam as i have ordered some products which never got delivered and on top of that got cancelled without even a single courtesy call. After that, since your orders are in driver's hand and on the way to you.if you really want to cancel the order, you could tell delivery people when they call you to schedule the time for delivery, and tell them the reason if possible, they would not delivery your package and would return that to wareouse during the next shift to warehouse picking new orders for delivery, then RMA team would take care of the package and put products back to shelf in warehouse for other customers, cancel your order and refund your payment if you have prepaid. On operation side, if for some reason, for example, if your order's delivery route was disrupted during current situation, it may be cancelled, in any cases, your money would be refunded to you, please kindly share with our order number, so we could pass on to RMA team for processing. Very bad,not recommended

I ordered from Awok on the 18th of April and the order was supposed to arrive within 6 days, I waited almost 10 days with no replies from them neither on the phone nor emails or WhatsApp, then I cancelled the order (674-523-74A-1) using the application, till today (almost 1 month by now), I got no refund, no body is answering anything (phones/email/facebook messenger/WhatsApp)
To be honest I do a lot of shopping online but this is the worst online store I had to deal with, my things never got delivered and the money never returned.
What is really bad is that they don’t even bother answering or sending emails,msgs... nothing...

Refund Amount

I am really disappointed for AWOK SERVICES!!!!

I had placed one order on 24th April order 61651334A1 and no updates regarding the delivery after 1 week. No response when I try to contact their customer care number.

Already fedup of keep following up with them as they are giving automated emails

Took my money and left

Order was cancelled by Awok for no reason and never received a refund. I emailed them many times through their support email, every time I got the automatic receipt but not single reply over 4 weeks, also WhatsApp them they are never online. This is such a scam.
