I'm just now seeing the bad reviews. I was checking my email to see if the company had updated me on my shipment. The first product I ordered was great. It did take a while to receive but eventually, it arrived. I wasn't aware of the company being from China. If they had to shut the company down because of the Corona Virus, then I am willing to be patient. I want this virus to stop spreading and good for them for shutting down. I will be waiting patiently, and want them to know we are praying for them and I look forward to my products in the future.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Facebook ads served this ad for a quilt regular price was now half off. I made the purchase via PayPal. The "thing" that arrived from China was nothing like the ad. I emailed immediately and they offered 30% off. I asked for the return address and they gave me Shanghai China location. (Shipping to them was 107% of price paid.) Researching the transaction in PayPal took a bit. The charge was for full price, the company was another name. I have to work though this with PayPal to resolve it.

I ordered a 36” round rug for the bathroom because I could not find the perfect one in any store or on any other site. While it did take 6weeks or so to get, it was beautiful and perfect! In fact, I’m trying to order another one as a backup!!

I actually wanted to give this company a zero but I couldn’t, I ordered what appeared to be a “comforter”, it was a poorly sewn duvet cover in a cheap material for $70, When I informed the company I needed to return it they told me they would not provide a shipping label and it will cost $100 to ship back to China. STAY VERY CLEAR of this company they are shady!

Do not buy from this company! I paid over $80 for a "rug", supposedly on sale, and got a foam mat. It took over a month to receive and arrived in a mail pouch. I thought it was a mistake because the pouch was too small for a rug. The colors were also completely wrong and the design extended over the entire mat instead of just centered like the photo on my order. I requested a refund and after back and forth emails, they apologized for their "mistake" offering a 15% refund. $80 for something I will throw away or donate.

Do not buy from them, they are false advertisers. I bought a bed set for $68.00 when I finally got it, it was as thin as a sheet. You can return but to China it is more than you paid for the item.

This company , if it even is a real company is the BIGGEST RIP OFF!
I ordered an 8x11 rug and I received a foam mat.It took well over a month to receive this piece of crap I emailed them because there is no phone number to call them. They refuse to give me back my money. Don't ever order anything from this website.

THIEVES!!!! They have stolen my money. Never received my area rug. PayPal resolution endorsed these scam artists and were useless. They take no responsibility. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

Do not buy from this so called company! I never thought I would be duped by anyone but I was! January 17th on my birthday I ordered a small rug 50% off! I’ve never gotten it and don’t get any answers with their email (fake??)!!! I’ve lost the money plus the thought of a nice Camilla rug for our hallway!!! I’m so appalled at how these scammers do their evil! That’s the bad of our lives!

I would not even give this scammers a one star review.. maybe -5. I ordered from their website a quilt set for $79.99 beautifully pictured . But what we got after a month long waiting is a ver cheap polyester shower curtain material. I wouldn’t even pay 5$ for that kind of material. These people are plain scammers. When we tried to get in touch with them through email, our emails kept bouncing because apparently their inbox is too full to handle anymore emails. Disgusting scammers... oh and they go by another company nam too of PRINTABEL. If you see this seller names... BEWARE... scammer for sure.

if I could leave negative I would. I ordered rug called post office to have it held because a 3x5 rug you think wouldn't go in a mailbox. get to the post office and the package looks like it has a small sweatshirt in it its that small. I refused it and sent it back that dy. now fighting with paypal for almost a month on trying to get me money back. azcozy.com website down, emails been returning to me since beginning of year. what a nightmare

Do not order from these people! Their products are not what they advertise and their customer service IS THE WORST!!!!!! Spent $60 and got about $5 worth of fabric in a totally different print and color. It is so ugly and doesn’t even begin to fit the bed. Wish I had read reviews first!

I have given one star as there is not lower option.
They sent the wrong quilts.Quality was appalling. Isn't them back to the company and was old"case is closed'. They are cheats and have no intention of supplying the product that you chose. They have the quilts now and my money...that is THEFT, Fraudulent and all round nasty company.

Their website is down because they are being investigated from so many disputes being open. If anyone ordered their item with PayPal and having a hard time just go through the bank that’s associated with PayPal (synchrony bank) or credit card company which ever payment you used and it will be handled ASAP instead of PayPal making you return it and pay for the expensive shipping. If you haven’t received your order it’s because they are temporarily or permanently shut down. If you notice their website is no longer available. Get your money back! Don’t let them keep a cent.

These are NOT rugs! The best I can say is at least its a thin little barrier for the cold floor. Certainly not as advertised👎

Thin and badly printed it looks like they use stock images with watermarks visible still from the stock site.
The printed image on them are pixelated, thats why they look like proper rugs on the website. Do yourself a favor and save your money for a good rug from a reputable company. My loss and warning, your gain🖖

I still have not received my order after weeks of being told it was going to be shipped. I received an email saying my order was on hold do to the virus outbreak and the warehouse was closed. Such BS!

This company is a RIP OFF! These are not tuffed or any kind of great nice expensive discounted overstocked rugs! They are paper THIN SCREEN PRINTED CRAP! They charge full price when it’s states 50% off! Cost $49. And then charge you full price n Then if it arrives it shows actual cost of $13.00 USD on the receipt! There was no way to contact them . Emails were rejected. Their phone number they listed belong to the post office who also was going to investigate them because they were getting many calls of the same issue. PayPal must be getting kick backs knowing it’s a scam co n processing funds knowing it’s a scam business. They would not refund my monies.
Orders take 8 weeks or longer. Coming from China.
Now the ones giving reviews and giving praise to their oversized n over priced paper place mats must be the scammer themselves!
Never again. So if Price is to good then it’s a scammer. I now read reviews before buying!
