I ordered the poodle rug because my poodle has arthritis in hips and back knees. My vet told me to get a rug if I had hardwood floors. I got the rug and it was perfect. Not thick but just what I needed. Thank you so much. Not sure what all the negative results are. I’m well pleased.

I seen all the negative reviews on multiple sites AFTER I ordered a rug from them. I was upset thinking that I gotten stiffed also. Well I must be the one lucky person who actually got what I ordered. Now yeah I don't think that it's going to hold up long. It does seems like it. It's a little thin and flimsy, but it is as described. The picture on it is really nice. So that's why I'm going to have to give it 4 star. It's not quite what I was hoping for but it is what it was supposed to be.

Do not even think about ordering from this company. I wish I had read the reviews. Total junk dyed polyester quilt which was described as 100% cotton arrived late and with defective stitching. No tracking available either. I felt comfortable ordering when I saw there was an address in Texas but found returns must go back to China at great expense with only a 30% refund if you are lucky. I have placed formal complaints with both PayPal and my bank. Next is BBB. Complete scam.

MY ONLY MISTAKE WAS THAT I DIDN'T READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED 2 OF THE PUG RUGS. THEY WERE THE POOREST QUALITY MAT (SUPPOSED TO BE A HANDMADE RUG) THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. WHAT A WASTE OF $100. THEY SHOULD SHUT THE COMPANY DOWN. IT IS A SCAM!!!!

What a waste of money. Avoid this company what a rip off!!! Supposed to be a rug, I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep on it it is so thin and nothing like they described. Paid through PayPal but they will not refund as item isn’t covered by they buyer protection apparently 😡 Contacted the seller for a full refund they offered €25 refund and 30% of my next order AS IF !!!! Would never order anything else even if it was free. AVOID these scammers

Worst $60.00 I ever spent. And didn’t get it til over a month later. Not at all what the picture showed and described. I ordered a bedding set. I got two duvet covers and 3 pillow cases. The printing was horrible. No receipt cheap put together and it looks like it will fall apart with one wash. Disgusting. Lesson learned. Hope other ppl will never order from this place. Needs to be shut down.

I should of read these reviews before I made a purchase. I purchased three rugs because I read the description of the items and they were pretty. The description is not as they describe. They are 1/8" thin, not 1/4". No pleasure of comfort when standing on the rug. The ends of the rugs curl. You trip on them. They slide all over. They do not have a non skid bottom. It only appears to have one.
Items did not show up on time. I reached out to customer service. Their mailbox was full. Could not leave a message. I emailed them and they never responded. There website is a joke. They don't allow you to look up your order. They don't allow reviews on their site.

This company will steal your money and send you worthless merchandise that's dropped shipped from China! And they will not respond back to you when you request a refund.

The product I ordered last November finally arrived yesterday. It's CLASS A JUNK. The pillow shams are a different color than the duvet, which was represented as a comforter. Never have I seen such a bad dye job on anything. Half of it has red wolves (? I've never seen a red wolf) and all the edges are dull gray. Exceedingly expensive for junk product.
And, after I contacted them, they had the nerve to try and sell me something else. No talk of refund or replacement. Avoid this company at all costs. The address they use in Houston, TX is an empty warehouse. BEWARE!

Ordered a comforter, got a thin cover. On the site, it was a very vivid and colorful design, got it and it is not as bright and it is blurry. Weird tho, I tried to take a pic and with the camera it is vivid!!! Very disappointed. I wud not recommend buying anything from there, and from other reviews it sounds like returns are a joke.

Paid $79 for NOTHING! According to Paypal my item was shipped 2 weeks ago, I have NOTHING!!! Thank goodness I went through Paypal I have a chance to get my money back.

I purchased two rugs from this company they came looking like mats!!! These rugs look nothing at all like the pictures totally fraudulent site!! Do NOT purchase one item from this company they did not even supply me with paperwork so that I can return them and get a refund they should be put out of business!!

This company is a joke. I ordered a quilted queen size quilt and got a silk screed piece of cotton. I asked for a refund and they offered me 25% of the cost and I could keep the item. I refused and mailed it back today. Sending it back cost me $27.75 and the item only cost $79.90. I will keep fighting for a refund, but I am now aware of others who returned items that were refused and returned to the sender and no refund came. Beware of this company!

Greatest product ever. I was expecting a rug but I got the most comfortable piece of foam I've ever felt. I love this. I am so happy with this product. I just want to wrap myself in it all day long.

I would just be repeating all of the other posts if I were to describe my experience. I hope people realize that if they used a credit or debit card to pay for these services they can call their bank and report the transaction as fraudulent. I didn’t receive what I purchased, if you didn’t either then get your money back, let the bank sort it out, and put these scum bags out of business :)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Please take my advice, wish I had read the reviews and believed them before wasting my money. I ordered a "quilt blanket". The picture on their site of it looks like an actual pieced and perfectly quilted piece. Oh, it's a piece of fabric alright. It's quilted. Its a print on cheap thin shiny fabric with some random quilting design and bound with black double fold cotton bias tape. There is probably some batting in there, but its got to be more like flannel than actual batting. They ask you to send a picture and it looks perfect in the picture, until you take a close up. They've obviously invested in high tech camera equipment but its to produce their inferior product. I might let my dog use it but she can probably tell how bad it is too! Don't waste your money or time ! Everything they say on the website is a lie.

Wish I had done some research on this company before I bought a “rug” for over $60. It turns out to just be a printed picture of a rug in a bath mat type material. I am emailing them to try and get my money back but doubt that’s going to happen. I’ll be contacting the bank to report the fraud as well.

I wish there was less than one stat and that I knew that the name of this scam was a cozy. I ordered a quilt for $90. It turned out to be a picture printed on lingerie type fabric held together with quilt type stitching. The binding is the type traditionally used on the inside of a garment that is not intended to be seen. The image is enlarged beyond the intended size so the edges of the colors are fuzzy instead of clean and crisp.

I tried to return it and the most they will offer is a 30% refund. I do not want this. I want to return this substandard flimsy piece of junk and get my money back. But that is not in the business model for this company. DO NOT BUY THIS.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my rug. It is true. It is not a rug at all, but a mat. The pictures on the website have to be fake, because this is not a "rug". Very disappointed in what I got for the price. Been trying to contact to see about returning, but no luck. Don't wast your money

I reported them to the BBB for fraud. Pictures used on site are copied from legitimate sites and the so called "pile rugs" are nothing but stolen designs printed onto a cheap foam "fabric". All this coming from China. Originally they gave a fake address in Texas, and NO phone contact. The "rug" may arrive eventually. but it will be a little folded up piece of material in a plastic bag - either from China or another bogus address in New Jersey.
Don't lose your $ on their scam!
