Just like so many others, I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. What I thought would be a quality rug, turned out to be a foam rug with a printed picture. This is part of one email I received from Brayden Rogers, "Currently, the order is being processed, and we’re making sure to deliver the quality that will rock your socks off, literally." I wouldn't give this as a gift let alone use it in my home. If you order from Azcozy, keep your expectations low because that's the quality of the product. I kick myself for not researching this company thoroughly before purchasing.

There is a company called Azcozy that heavily advertises quilts and carpet on Facebook. The photo I saw was a beautiful hand-pieced and quilted quilt. What I received was a blurry copy of the original quilt image on cheap synthetic fabric. When I wrote to complain, I received a message that I would receive a 30% discount of the purchase price. This never materialized. When I asked for a return address and form to return the quilt for a refund, my request was not answered. These people are crooks.

This company is a piece of crap selling you somthing that is not what you get. You get foam with a picture on it and it is horable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I emailed the company at least 7 times advising that I wanted a full refund because what I received. not a rug at all but a rectangular piece of foam with a picture on it.

I received a reponse from a Nancy Burghart. Her initial response was that I received exactly what I ordered. I tolf hetbthst was incorrect. This rug wad made outnof thin foam and not pile.

I paid a total of $124 howevet the giant piece of foam was $89 and she offered me a 20% refund. I said that I could NOT use this rug because it is so thin that it is a danger to even step on. I circled on their advertisment the company claims they will refunf you the full amount IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT OPENED. So another words you will need to be psychic and telepathically know you were duped.

When I went to the USPS to ship it off I was informed that I would need to pay $65...so Nancy Burkhart has the last laugh since I’m sure she already knew it was going to be to expensive for me to send this piece ofbsponge back. Its going in the garbage.

This Company has a 96% dissatisfaction rate. Wow!

I bought a carpet 20 days ago and I paid $110 dollars, but didn’t receive yet, I have been writing them asking where is my carpet and never received any answer. Someone knows where we can claim? Or this is an scam?

DO NOT ORDERFROM THIS COMPANY. MY “beautiful” sunflower rug was nothing but printed picture on a piece of foam rubber. At one point it obviously got wet. The colors ran together and it had MOLD in several different places. I sent an e-mail with pictures, as they requested. Their reply was i got the item i ordered.

I too ordered a bedding set...received a thin, printed duvet cover. The colors in the ocean scene were bright but a bit blurry and I was disappointed. I considered sending it back but saw online all the problems people were having doing that, so I set it aside. After Christmas I decided to buy a cheap comforter and fill the cover. Not sure how else to secure the cover, I tied it(easy quilting technique) in many places. The result was actually quite nice. My grandson loves his new blanket. Hoping it will last awhile. It definitely was not the best quality but with some help, it turned out to be something special.

Terrible company & merchandise is cheap. They say they say 100% guarantee but is a total lie. Dishonest company & they will rip you off!

Item never arrived and I have sent multiple requests for help. Tracking # has not reported any updates for weeks. I can kiss my $129 purchase good bye.
I'M 70 AND ON A FIXED INCOME and will now be much colder in the coming months.

The absolute worst. I cannot tell you how awful this company is. I spent $90 on a piece of crap quilt that is not even a quilt. It is screen printed badly. It was supposed to be a beautiful embroidered quilt. Nothing like what was pictured. Please do not buy from these people. They do not answer return requests.

Website photos of rugs are a bait and switch. They will show you an image of a woven rug, price it such that it's somewhat realistic for a woven rug on sale, then send you what is essentially a printed bath mat. The product it not only low quality for what it is, pixelated and cheap feeling, but something completely different from what was expected to be ordered. Digging around there website they even have a DMCA link to take down copyrighted images. A clear sign that this company takes expects copyright issues.

Cheap piece of foam colored and silkscreen or something like that. It's not even a rug not even a carpet not even close. I don't know what I'm going to do with it other than throw it in the trash. Website was misleading I thought I was ordering from an Arizona company.

I ordered a bedspread in early December. It has been "stuck" in Customs for over two weeks, and there has been no response from the company through their "customer service".

I can only conclude that the company is a complete rip-off, and that I will have to write-off the $80 spent with them.

Pathetic.

Do not order anything from them. If you do, you will be sorry.

I ordered a Christmas bedding set in the beginning of December. The correspondence stated the item was being made so the shipping would take a long time and that was true; the item arrived January 15th. I expected a quilted comforter and shams. What i received was more of a printed sheet with pillow cases. Imagine a comforter and shams in a 12" X 12" two inch thick package. There were no return instructions provided and many emails returned as undeliverable. i finally responded to a solicitation email and was offered a coupon on a future purchase. As if! Do not order from this website.

I ordered an area rug from them the day after Christmas and still have not received it! I have sent various emails to them and still no response from them. I cannot track it with the tracking number they gave me. I know that it got to an airport in China on the 13th of January but that's it! Very frustrated! I'm beginning to believe that I've been scammed out of $99.90. Is there nothing we can do? I am sure there is some Federal agency we can complain to. I will do some research and keep everyone posted.

Do NOT order anything from them. They are in China and took over a month to send my product. I ordered a rug and it was ridiculous. Horrible fabric quality, and the colors were not consistent. They won’t respond to an email either. I’m denying charges.

Ordered a comforter bedding set. Took over a month to receive. Shows up in envelope, it was a duvet cover. Very disappointed. No phone number to call. Had to send several emails following up on order with only 1 reply. BEWARE.

This company is a Fraud. I bought what I thought was a beautiful 4x6 RUG for my sons room. It is a cheap piece of foam with a picture printed on it. It was my understanding the company was family owned in Arizona. Corporate office says TExas but item (4’x 6’ Area rug) was shipped from China in a small bag..yes a small bag with Customs retail value @13.99. Not at all the 80.00 I spent, not to mention it isn't anything like the item advertised. Buyer beware don’t waste your money. I’m so disappointed. I wish I would have read their reviews before buying total waist of money.

Pathetic!! I ordered a full size bedding set for my daughter and got a piece of material that didn’t even look anything like the pic. I have sent emails and am asking for my money back
