At My Beautiful Kitchen all kitchens are made to order, so no two will ever be exactly the same. But each one begins its life the same way – with a blank sheet of paper and your vision. What you end up with is a finished kitchen that’s a true reflection of your personality and taste. Using the latest CAD 3D Design Software, we work with you to create your Beautiful Kitchen. First we’ll measure your kitchen, noting wall sizes, ceiling heights and services. Then we’ll have a chat and get all your ideas for your new kitchen. And we’ll give you our ideas, too. This can be done in our showroom, or if you prefer, the comfort of your own home. After that, it’s time to start planning your Beautiful Kitchen. We’ll create a 3D design of our plans. The design will show cabinets, worktops, lighting, sockets, chairs, and even some plants so the design is as real as possible. This will give you a highly accurate representation of your new kitchen. In fact, the only thing you won’t be able to do is cook in it. When you’re happy with your design, the plans are yours to keep. We are happy to email the plans over to you or print them for you so you can show them to your family and friends. And best of all… All design all comes FREE with No Obligation Whatsoever.

I got my bathroom fully renovated and I am delighted with the outcome the quality of the bathroom is excellent and the fitters Pawel and euric were great did an excellent job i would highly recommend.

Don't bother
Don't bother. 9th feb -6th April WE SAVED FOR 7 YEARS TO GET OUR DREAM BATHROOM!!!
1.They get it all sounding great.
2.The cad drawing looks great.
3.Then the fitters tell you what they want to do with no time to work out the knock on effect of changes.and I feel it's to squeeze as much cash out of you as poss.!!!! Then when this doesn't work out it is seemingly MY FAULT! for agreeing with them and it would cost more to change it to the origonal cad drawings.
4.they drag out everything and we had 3 nights of No loo! And instead of 2 weeks it was months before the last door was fitted (because of chages by fitter)
Was told should get refund for "some" but if I hold my breath I would be dead before they ever get back to me.
5. I have done all the calls to them and only when ive had a rant have I EVER been called back.
Now we need to save up and find a competent plumber to sort the MESS.

I have just had my kitchen done few weeks ago . Ben and Karolina designed and Stuart and team fitted it . Stuarts team were great can’t fault them . On time, sincere and you can tell they have love and respect for their work and your property. They completed the job in 5 days .
I did take my time deciding as I did not have much faith in tradesman but I am glad I chose my Beautiful kitchens and bathroom.

Hassle free experience with great results
I'd put off replacing my bathroom due to some bad experiences with companies and tradesmen but My Beautiful Bathroom restored my faith.
Showroom experience was good with followup on design and products comprehensive and straightforward.
But the aspect of this company that exceeded all expectatiins was the outstanding team of David and Gary, who fitted everything to a very high standard and were a pleasure to spend time with.
David and Gary worked long hours, treated my home with respect and did a flawless job. Thank you so much for a stress-free experience and a beautiful bathroom!

No responsibility or accountability taken for any issues that occur, you only need to read their responses to negative feedback to see that.
Can’t admit that an admin error has resulted in one of their trusted installers from being short on payment, due to not providing the ‘correct’ quote to me prior to contracts being signed yet providing a more expensive one to the installer and uploading as their reference. As I have told them, if they can find their communication to me of this updated, more expensive quote I will happily pay the additional. The consumer advice service has confirmed no payment is due if the invoice was never communicated to me.
The design feasibility and home checks need to be better, no space for a toilet roll holder due to positioning of towel rail, which only just had enough clearance for the door opening. But this is all the installers or my own fault apparently, because why would they have any design accountability..
4 additional boxes of tiles ordered beyond the 10% (so 6 boxes total, accurate measurements not taken) and a refund only offered as a ‘goodwill gesture’ minus a 25% restocking fee (did not accept this, sold off own accord).
I felt the initial email response to my constructive but professional written feedback was very cold and unprofessional and the overall experience has impacted the enjoyment of my bathroom.
I fully expect an argumentative response to this review but it is solely my experience, which seems to not be unique.

New Bathroom
Ordered a new bathroom and I'm really pleased with the outcome. Throughout the process, from designing to fitting, I was involved in the process and as well as receiving good advice I was also able to contribute my thoughts.

Totally delighted with new kitchen from…
Totally delighted with new kitchen from initial appointment to finish. David guided us on colour, units, handles for our units, was happy to adjust plans to meet our requirements. We were kept up to date by texts and emails re delivery. The fitters were brilliant and dealt with a couple of small issues we had. Also had follow up call with Sharon to make sure we were happy and everything was good. Glad I was recommended this company and would recommend to friends and family.

Bathroom fitting
Getting the bathroom fitted has been a a good experience from start to finish The planning from Jake was great and stress free. Dates for fitting did not change and the work done by Craig, Scott and the Electrician was first class. They were respectful of our property and the communication from Craig was great throughout the project. The workmanship was first class.

Great company , quality workers, stunning kitchen 🥰
We popped into my beautiful kitchen on a whim we were met by Emily who gave us a wee look around and explained the diffrent styles etc . We then met aga at our first appointment to go through what we were looking for and gave us and estimated quote , we were delighted with this and decided to go ahead , the team came out to measure and we got a date for our kitchen to get started , Emily was great in answering my many questions through email can’t thank her enough, Steven and his team came out and fitted the kitchen and it was completed last week, what an amazing job they did, everything went so smooth and it was finished in 4 days , my kitchen is absolutly beautiful in design and quality, the company kept in touch throughout, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

. Do not use this company! In my experience, their prices for a small bathroom are extremely high — around £12,000 — much more than the usual £5–6,000. Be careful and compare other options before paying.

For a standard sized bathroom, our packages start at £5,000.
A standard sized bathroom with some upgrades come in between £6,000-£7,000 - all goods supplied and fitted.
We are unsure where you are getting £12,000.

Had an excellent experience with MBB
Had an excellent experience with MBB. Linda provided the detailed design at home and Karolina in the Edinburgh showroom helped me choose the goods. Dean and his team were fantastic. I stayed with my son and gave Dean a house key. He kept me well informed each day and sent me photos and videos of progress. We needed extra pipe work done, but the team worked so hard to get the job finished on the Friday having started the job on Monday.
The quality of the goods and the work were excellent. Highly recommend. Thanks also to Sharon in the office for follow up care.

Poor after care/follow up
Had our bathroom installed nearly a year ago, absolutely happy with the quality and finish, however recent aftercare is less than satisfactory. Whilst not a big issue our toilet seat has been hanging on for dear life since Christmas Day. There seems to be no way of accessing the screws without taking the back board off. Despite raising this on December 25th via email, followed by weekly chasers with Natalie, and a call to register my dissatisfaction just last week, still no sign of this being fixed. Now that I’ve read the reviews, it feels like I’m not alone either, and I hope that this last resort generates the action required.
Post review updates: nice new toilet seat installed, pity that this seemed to be the only route to elicit action.
