I emailed them over the weekend, and by Monday they resolved the issue and are sending me a new one!
This machine has saved my life, I couldn’t physically afford another one and I’m so glad they’re sending a new one.

Never buy from baby Brezza, purchased the steriliser dryer within 2 months it’s stop working and not switching on contact the company they don’t want to help. Avoid at any cost!!

I had an issue with our Sterlizer were it wouldn’t turn on. But it was replaced within hours of contacting support. We couldn’t live without our BabyBrezza machines!
Excellent customer service, they sent me a new bottle sterilizer machine after the one I had stopped working. Sophie Baker was the one in charge of my ticket, and she was brilliant. Thank you again.
Possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! With two babies under two, my Baby Brezza bottle washer has been an absolute lifesaver. When it suddenly stopped working and displayed an error code, I contacted customer service. They handled my query quickly and clearly explained what information I needed to send over. I provided it the next day, and as soon as it was confirmed, a replacement machine was sent out straight away. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
We love Baby Brezza. It made our lives easier with our exclusivity-formula fed baby. It makes bottles with a push of a button. One thing to note is, that sometimes it requires manual calibration to ensure the amount of formula dispensed is accurate. Most of the time it is, but make sure to select the mode properly.
Customer service is amazing via their portal cheekyrascals. I had the machine replaced under warranty in under 3 days due to fault after 10 months of use. Sophie helped me with this and she was an amazing star
Baby Brezza Formula Pro, a very dangerous product, avoid at all costs, dents your pocket massively for the flop product on sale, there is no way of making sure that the product dispenses the correct amount of formula milk to water, my baby started to refuse the bottle as soon as we bought this machine, the moment we made the bottle manually the baby started feeding as normal, Customer Service is absolute shambles, there should be legal action against this company!!! People avoid this product at all costs
Wir haben den Formula Pro Mini und sind sehr zufrieden. Ich könnte es mir gar nicht mehr ohne dieses Gerät vorstellen. Den Kundenservice haben wir auch schon 2x kontaktiert und ein Ersatzgerät erhalten. Dieser antwortet innerhalb eines Tages und ist extrem kundenorientiert.
Il mio Baby Brezza formula mini perde acqua, quindi ho contattato il customer service che ha presto offerto di mandare una nuova macchina. Sembra tutto bene e ci accordiamo nell’inviarlo a un fermo point (punto di ritiro) del loro corriere Bartolini.
1. Hanno inviato il pacco al punto di ritiro, ma IN NOME DEL PUNTO DI RITIRO (…!). Il mio nome non compariva da nessuna parte, quindi io non avevo alcun titolo per ritirarlo (quelli del punto di ritiro se lo sono intascato immagino, ma era inviato a loro quindi tutto legale).
2. Qui la situazione diventa surreale: non solo quelli di Baby Brezza non ammettono l’errore, ma danno la colpa a me per non averlo ritirato. Corredano il tutto con linguaggio da spogliatoio e bassa professionalità (testo a fine commento).
—> Noto anche di aver preso un Baby Brezza food maker di seconda mano, e abbiamo smesso di usarlo perché non trita bene. Quindi ho un prodotto guasto e uno che non svolge a pieno la funzione promessa.
Ultimo messaggio del customer service, in risposta al mio messaggio che spiegava come non avevo alcun titolo per ritirare il prodotto, quindi avrei continuato a usare il mio apparecchio guasto. Ricordiamo che tutto era originato da un loro errore lampante, ma mai riconosciuto.

Save your money and avoid this product at all costs! The BabyBreeze Sterilizer and Dryer looks promising initially, but it's nothing more than an expensive headache. Here's why:
**Short Lifespan**: The device only works decently for about two months before it starts malfunctioning. What seemed like a reliable appliance quickly becomes a constant source of frustration.
**Frequent Descaling Required**: You'll find yourself descaling this unit every other day, which is ridiculous for a product that's supposed to make your life easier. The maintenance is more troublesome than the convenience it promises.
**Terrible Customer Service**: If you dare to contact their support team about issues, prepare to be treated like you don't know basic appliance operation. Their customer service representatives are condescending and unhelpful, suggesting you're incompetent rather than addressing the actual product problems.
Bottom line: This sterilizer is a waste of hard-earned money. You're better off looking for a more reliable brand that actually stands behind their product and respects their customers.

Products are dangerous and customer service is poor.
The formula pro advanced bottle maker does not follow NHS guidance for safe bottle making. It literally uses tap water and doesn't heat or boil, not even a hot shot. Not safe for making bottles because it isn't sterilising the formula. The instructions also don't say to use cooler boiled water to load into the tank.
This product should be taken off the market, it's seriously dangerous. Baby Brezza are extremely defensive on the matter when you contact them to ask about it, saying they are aware of the controversy then going into a generic non committal response.
The Bottle Washer Pro is also ineffective. As soon as you open the lid, all the bottles you sterilised become contaminated. When I contacted Baby Brezza to ask how I can follow NHS guidelines (I.e. make one bottle at a time) and still keep the other bottles sterile, they had no response to this, and told me 'it's a new product so we may get this feedback.'
Again, very dangerous product.

Unternehmen ist stark Profitorientiert, Gerät wurde zwar über Ebay gebraucht gekauft ging aber nach ca. 2 Monaten Einsatz defekt. Beim Hersteller angefragt ob eine Reperatur möglich ist nicht als Gewährleistung sondern als entgeldlich. Dann erfahren das es für ein Gerät was knapp 300€ kostet keine Reparatur oder Ersatzteile für die Eleltronik gibt. Aif Anfrage einer möglichen Lösung wurde ich wiedermals abgewiesen also ist man gezwungen ein neues Gerät zu kaufen, Hauptsache Profit. Das Gerät ist übrigens keine 2 Jahre alt die Gewährleistung wurde direkt abgewiesen da keine Quittung vorhanden ist dabei muss laut BGB nichtmal eine Quittung vorhanden sein. Also ich empfehle niemandem dort zu kaufen hier wird Kundenservice klein geschrieben Hauptsache die Kente kommt Rest ist denen egal meiner Meinung nach schlechte Unternehmensphilosophie.
